   We enjoyed our meal at Cooper House but we were annoyed that they did not have our reservation and told us that they were no longer using Open Table.

   They closed without warning and despite my 730pm reservation. My friends and I drove there to meet for our reservation and there was a closed sign on the door.

   The wings were awesome the brisket could of used more spices like a horseradish sauce to give more of a bite the burger was ok and the regular fries were good The waitress was a little slow in getting to you

   Waitress had to be waived over everytime we needed something rather than checking to see if we were ok. It felt as if she was doing the minimum necessary. Food was just ok. Probably will not go back.

   We had high hopes for the Cooper House, but were really disappointed. The service was truly horrible, which seemed to be because they were just understaffed. Once the food came out (which took about 45 minutes), it was mediocre at best. One was completely cold and dry (imagine left overs reheated, then left to sit) and the other had no flavor. The only positive was the decor and location, which is quite nice. We absolutely will not be going back.

   A company happy hour taking place and spilled over into dining area-way too loud. The menu is sparse, better for appetizers and burgers, not many entrees. Dessert offered only 3 choices and there was no decaf coffee available. We went for a nice dinner and this was not the place for it.

   The POOR ratings that are required per the instructions are given as these comments should explain. We have gone to Cooper House about 10 times since it's renovation and renewal. A beautiful site, a great beer listing and always something to satisfy my appetite. We/I have never been dissatisfied and I would give them superior marks based on those experiences;HOWEVER: I always rely on their website for up to date hours, access to menu, etc and lately have been using open table for a reservation. However, last Friday, contrary to what their "page" indicated they were not open nor apparently was open table aware of that either. This follows upon a drive for dinner on Jan. 2nd. Although the web page stated open, they were in fact closed. On Dec. 22 we drove over( a minimum 30 min. 1 way trip) only to arrive to find the place hired out for a private party. No mention of that on their web page either. I have complained/explained and received an apology for what I consider inattentiveness to their customers. It seems to me it's a managerial issue. But the web page continues to state the same information. Someone needs to take care of that (at least). There are other eating establishment in nearby towns: Collingswood, Westmount, Haddonfield, but none has the unique setting combined with a well thought out menu and a great beer selection that Cooper House offers. I would like to see Cooper House succeed. It's a great space with good food. But, hey, it's almost a strike out as far as I'm concerned. Thanks for the opportunity to critique what must be some internal problem, since the hostess and wait staff and service have always been superior when they have been there to serve us.

    The food was awful. My wife and I had the salmon which was over done and the vegetables were bathed in grease. We have been here several times before and had the Salmon and Chicken plates. And always it was decent. This time enough of a disappointment that our chances of going back are slim. The wine list is REALLY low quality. The house red and white are a near death experience. And the wine pours are very small for the prices charged. I would not recommend this place for dinner. It was Super Bowl Sunday and the place was empty. That fact says it all.
