Great food and excellent service!
Loved the pimiento!
The food was cold and they cooked the wrong sides. Place sucks. Save your money and go to 7-11. About the same as far as quality of food.
First time there. The tater appetizer is delicious as was the shrimp and grits entree. The calamari was pretty bad. VERY NOISY which detracted from the experience.
I was very disappointed with the food! This was my second visit, and my first experience was great! It’s such a beautiful restaurant in a great location. I want it to succeed, but they have to ensure the consistency of the food.
I really can’t give a rating to the food or the value because after sitting for 25 minutes at our table no one ever came to greet us or take an order.
We loved the loaded tater tots as an appetizer. Very tasty! Fried calamari was a special for the night and it was overcooked and was mostly batter. That was a disappointment. I had salmon which was cooked perfectly. My husband had the shrimp and grits, which he liked. Another had the wahoo which was the Fish of the day and found it dense and dry. The desserts were great - chocolate waffle was moist and delicious. The bacon bourbon sundae was good but quite sweet.
We had a great evening at Coop 303. We look forward to our next visit. Fish and chips were deliciously Servers, especially Claire, are awesome!
This was my wife's 50th birthday and we only went here because we had eaten here once before and my wife loved the chicken and waffles, it was the first time ever eating them. The service was slow then, but the food was worth the wait and the server was great. THIS TIME! The server was horrible, inattentive and rushing to take care of other tables. Never did she or anyone else recognize that it was my wife's birthday although it was on the reservation. The apps and drinks were great. When we finally got our main courses, half of the plates were cold and had to be sent back. Then my wife's chicken and waffles had dried out burnt chicken. We sent that back. They came back out with even more burnt chicken! And now the "manager" comes out and basically is was like, are you trying to compare that chicken to the 4 piece chicken that I had, which was cooked perfectly. And of course, we said, YES! He didn't do jack for us, other than to tell the server to tell us that he "took the chicken and waffles off the check". LOL!! Seriously!!! Never going back, which is sad because we love to support locals. I guess that's why I also to don't his other restaurant, Al's Pizza.
Decor is lovely . Cocktails are tasty and food was delicious
Waited over 40 minutes and still wasn’t seated (WITH Reservations). Poor customer service by the ladies at the front.
We were a party of 6 and had appetizers and dinner, everyone enjoyed their choices. I added salmon to the mushroom dish and loved it.. Shane our waiter was wonderful too. Only downside was the noise level.
Thank you very much for your review and feedback. I think your personal creation is a fantastic idea I will try myself. I will share your kind words with Shane. If there is ever anything we can do to improve your experience feel free to reach out to me directly. I appreciate your time. JP Diedrich, General Manager JP@Coop303
The fried chicken was delicious! My friend who is vegetarian loved his Mushroom dish. Casual atmosphere and good service.
Everyone in our group of four enjoyed our meals: Fried chicken, Chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and the catch of the day (Wahoo). Fried pimento cheese appetizer and and chocolate waffle dessert were both excellent. Soup of the day--summer gazpacho-- was only fair.
Very pleasant atmosphere a little loud but food was wonderful
Second time at Coop - service was good and we were greeted and seated immediately. We shared fried chicken, cauliflower bisque and vanilla bread pudding. Like their craft cocktails! Everything was served hot and good flavor.
Best fried green tomatoes in Jax! Delicious fried chicken, too.
Customer service way too slow! Had to wait for our dinner for a hr!
Even with a reservation we had to wait. We opted to eat outside but it was hot and not enjoyable.
Our waitress had an attitude. She was snippy, bordered on rude. Messed up my order twice. It was so hot in the restaurant we were all sweating.,Glad to mark this off my list. Valet was working his tail off. Doing a great job and was extremely polite!
Our waiter Ty made our first experience amazing! He’s made recommendations and they were all great.
Great service, great food definitely a new favorite !
I would recommend Coop based on the quality of the food and the great wait staff. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very noisy and reminds me of a middle school cafeteria. Everyone has to talk very loud to be heard over the din. Our reservation was for 7:30 and our table was not ready when we arrived. We waited at the bar for 25 minutes and when I went back to check on our reservation I was told they couldn't find us when our table was ready. We went exactly where they told us to wait and they sent someone who never saw us before to find us. Not much chance for success. They also called on my cell but the restaurant is so loud I never heard my phone ring. This is a great restaurant that needs to address some easily fixed problems. The next time we come out will be a cooler night and we will ask to sit outside hoping it will be quieter and a place to talk.
The food was delicious and our server was great at recommending new dishes to try...perfect Father’s Day brunch!
Absolutely amazing meal. The mimosas and poinsettias are expertly mixed.. I didn't feel like they were heavy on the juice and short on the champagne. I ordered the fish and chips with a side of mac and cheese, and my husband ordered the 4 pc chicken basket (sides: greens and mac and cheese). We loved everything we ate except the mac and cheese. It wasn't hot, so that's probably why it was wasn't a flavor sensation like everything else we had. Other than that, I have no complaints. The service was great, the hostesses were pleasant, and the ambiance was farmhouse chic. I'd go back for sure!
Coop 303 is a beautiful place and a great location. I had the shrimp/grits which had to be the blandest dish I ha e eaten in a while. The chef was great on presentation but very short on taste. We expected to pay more but also expected better food. Valet out front was also very rude. We won’t be back.
Food was overall good but some of the combinations where just a little off on ratios.
Food: Sauce was not used on the food just in plating
We came early to take advantage of the excellent Happy Hour specials. Our server was friendly and patient while we ate our way through most of the appetizers. Highly recommend the tots! It was pretty empty at first, but it definitely got more crowded as we lingered over drinks.
Food was excellent but kitchen was extremely slow. Server was excellent and tried to expedite, but we spent over an hour and a half for just an appetizer and two entrees. We were there for a late lunch and it wasn’t busy so not sure what to make of it.
Loved it!! Such great food and service!!
Short ribs were delicious. The grits SO good!!! Can't wait to go back and try the fried chicken.
Sat upstairs was loud but food and drink was great. Our waitress was awesome and worked very hard to meet our needs even though they were very busy.
We came to Coop for a date night. Food/service was excellent.
The "crispy duck" was their first attempt. They kept it in the kitchen awhile taking photos. The skin was by no means crispy and the meat was rare; a common affectation of "high end" restaurants who wish to minimize their time and fuel investments in the dishes they prepare. The fried green tomatoes and wife's chicken salad were up to their standard. The duck; not so much.
It was very loud to have a conversation with 8 other people. I liked how easy the reservation process was going. The food was very tasty but overpriced and Some of the portions were too small. The service was good.
Pleasantly surprised concerning menu options. Peaches and cream appetizer is excellent as are the desserts. Entrees and cocktails are imaginative. Valet parking at the Beaches Town Center!
Good food, casual ambiance, great selection of beer/wine and spirits and the service was well paced.
The appetizer and desert was awesome (pimento cheese and strawberry shortcake) as were the drinks. The entrees were minor good at all (shrimp and grits and short ribs). Both had very bland flavors and the short ribs resembled pot roast more than short ribs. I’d go back for drinks and appetizers but not for entrees.
