   Exceptional experience! Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully plated. Highly recommend the scallops as an appetizer as well as the lamb rack and braised beef short rib for entrees. Service was fantastic, Alicia was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. One of the best meals I've ever had, already making plans to return asap to try more of the menu. The restaurant is gorgeous and the kitchen staff are obviously incredibly talented, can not recommend this place enough! My sincerest thanks to the entire team at Conversate for making our special evening all the more memorable!

   Delicious food, attentive servers with great food recommendations. We had two starters and shared a main, portion size is large for mains.

   Service was excellent. Maryanne is a gem. I had higher expectations for the food.

   My first time at Conversate and it was delightful! No detail was overlooked, from the delicious cocktails and appetizers to dessert and coffee. Both the steak and fish specials were delicious and served with perfect vegetable accompaniments. Service was friendly and attentive, but also cognizant of our preferred slow pace. The decor is modern yet elegant, and I can’t wait for patio season! Highly recommend this Hamilton gem!

   I dined here 5 times while in Hamilton and it was superb each time. The food is fantastic, great servers, nice atmosphere. It's a little spendy but was worth it. A+

   Friday night date night before the show at Theatre Aquarius. Walking distance 5 minutes away. The best service by very friendly and knowledgeable Alisha, soft jazz vocalist by Taylor added to the night experience and the most delicious seafood dinner prepared by chef Mike and owner I believe. The pre dinner cocktails were so much fun! Seafood platter to share as an appetizer was just loaded with yummy assortments. We will definitely be back and as a frequent theatre viewer they also offered a generous discount on our food items.
