I always try to try new items from the menu asking the advice of the server. As always, I was not disappointed . The happy hour bar menu was very good especially the Mahi sliders. I entree was terrific. I tried the Salmon L'Orange which the server assured me I would love and he was right.

Please train your staff that individuals with physical disabilities would have a challenging time sitting at a booth or one of your picnic-style tables. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time.

Decent food but weekends in the summer seem to bring large groups of kids - travel teams in the area? The noise level in the outdoor seating area was unbearable! 12 boys screaming and carrying on without parental intervention. Never again a Saturday during the summer.

Our first time at Conrad's was excellent thanks to our incredible server, Troy! He knows his craft, and it shows, always coming at just the right time and taking great care of us. My wife had a blast with her first time eating delicious crab legs, while I enjoyed the grilled branzino, done to perfection. Thanks Troy, you helped make this a great evening!

We had a reservation for Father's Day. Our intention was to order steamed crabs. The crabs were sold out. So we ended up ordering entrées. Fortunately crabs became available and our server was on top of things. She let us know that steamed crabs were available. We placed an order to take home with us.

We went for the crabs and they were great! The drinks were reasonably priced and good. The crab cake, scallops and fish tacos were all just average so I don’t recommend them again we were there for the crabs and they were very very good! Service was also top notch!

Crab cakes were great. Stuffed shrimp on top of a baked potato was odd. Needs more shrimp. Fries were terrible. Very noisy.

Excellent! Our waitress was very attentive. We had extra large steamed crabs and they were fully packed and steamed to perfection! We had a wonderful. evening chatting with friends & family. Oh, the craby soup was soooo delicious too! I will definitely be back!

We had a reservation, were immediately sat inside by the hostess and then waited for 15 minutes and no server ever came to the table. Several passed by our table, but no one ever stopped. Very disappointing, we left and went elsewhere!

My Friday martini is always a good start to a terrific seafood dinner at Conrads. I tried a new dish. The red snapper was prepared in a way I had never had it and it was superb.

Overbearingly loud music from speakers with open ceilings is unnerving. Salmon was fair, but asparagus paired with it was “woody” and tasteless. Won’t be back.

We were there for the Mother's Day buffet. Our server, Olivia, was outstanding. Always ready with a drink refill and kindly & quickly, getting anything we requested, from extra napkins to ketchup. The food on the buffet......crab soup, chicken Marsala, steamed shrimp, crab dip, potatoes, asparagus, desserts, all excellent!! Brisket mac, salmon, crab cakes (not the same as when we order off the menu) were all pretty dry. Salad, fruit were okay. The men said the sirloin was acceptable (not a good choice for a buffet). The desserts were very, very good, but they took way too long to replenish them. For $45.00 a person, I think it was well worth it. And, another huge plus, was the fact that the buffet line never, ever was long & the attending server was very, very good, polite and very nice. I think this was because it didn't seem to be advertised too much and a lot of the patrons ordered off the menu.

We had a great Sunday afternoon eating crabs and listening to live music. The food at Conrad's is always superior, the service excellent, the atmosphere fun. This is a clean restaurant with a varied menu--not just crabs, although you can't go wrong with a half or a dozen or more. Also, the crab soup, Maryland-style or Cream of Crab or Conrad's Mix, is not to be missed. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience!

We had a reservation for 6:30 and arrived on time. We were seated in the protected area sort of outside the main area. I think this area is best suited for Diners with children and for eating Crabs. No big deal but it would have been nice to have been asked our seating preference. I had the Captian's Platter and my Wife had the Stuffed Shrimp. Both rated 4 out of 5. The Stuffed Shrimp came with some sort of Potato similar to a baked potato and the Captian's Platter came with french fries. Both my wife and I agree, Cole Slaw would be a better choice. Maybe make it an even swap for the potato / fries. I have visited Conrad's in Abingdon before and will continue to do so. 4 out of 5 isn't bad, just not as good as it could be. I've been to many restaurants in the area and most get a 4 or less. Service was Great!
