The best way to enjoy tapas is to sit in the bar area, and be amazed by the wizardry of the kitchen, and the skills of the bar staff as they create cocktails!! The 'Travel to Spain' menu was sublime. Each course was unique and showcased a different area in Spain. I hope that management will choose to make all those courses as part of the regular menu like I suggested repeatedly to our server. The pork was delicious, but the star of the show was the dessert!!!

Always a super fun atmosphere at Como. The nicest people. Their drink offerings are always on point and true to the Spanish tapas dining experience.

We did the taste our travels prix fixe. The amount of food was quite small, so if you're hungry I wouldn't say this would be enough food for two people. If the price were lower it wouldn't really bother me, but this wasn't a good value for money by any means. By way of example, one of the courses was five tiny slices of cheese and a dollop of jelly the size of a penny - the cheese was tasty but that's certainly not a dish on its own, even by tapas standards (and I've been to Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Granada, etc.). The cheese and ham dishes were both good, but I'd have preferred (and expected with the price) to have a couple types of ham/cheese, especially because variety is what makes tapas so fun, and Spain has so many amazing charcuterie and cheese options. The other issue we had with the meal was there were way too many items that were unnecessarily fried. The bacalao, which is a traditional tapas in Spain, was sort of indistinguishable from a fried fish and chips that you can get anywhere - just a little saltier. The octopus absolutely should not have been fried - the batter was thick and unpleasant, and the octopus would have been way more delicious without it (we actually tried to peel it off). The Romesco sauce was pretty unbalanced (mostly just bitter and smoky), and the black garlic sauce was pretty good but couldn't overcome the rest of the dish in our opinion. The clams were solid but nothing special. The fried eggplant was actually a really interesting dish - it's sweet and and salty, which was unexpected, and I really enjoyed that. The pork al whisky had a delicious mustard sauce, but the pork itself was fine - it just didn't come close to other really great restaurants we've been trying and the price point made me think it would be high quality. 10/10 for the queso sorbeto dessert - that was fabulous. We can't comment on beverages as we didn't have any. The service was slower than you'd get in Europe, and the place was way too loud.
