Food is as great and the servers were all extremely nice and polite.
Average at best out of 4 meals 3 were not brought out as ordered
Food was really good. Atmosphere was incredibly nice. Staff was pleasant and responsive. Will definitely be coming back!
This is a beautiful restaurant and the fish and grits were surprisingly amazing! Definitely a portion for 2. The cocktail menu needs help, but other than that I will certainly visit again in the very near future.
This place is AMAZING! BEAUTIFULLY DONE AND THE FOOD SPECTACULAR
The service was terrible. The staff acted as if they didn't want to be bothered. We will not be returning.
Food was pretty good, service ok, menu was different than what was online. Nice setting but nothing special considering all the other quality brunch places in Atlanta.
The service was slow and the food was lackluster.
I was highly impressed with the service, food and ambiance of Community Smith. An attorney I work with recommended Community Smith to me and I'm glad I took the opportunity to go. It was a date night / Pre-birthday celebration for my love. It turned out to be a wonderful night. They even had a live band playing on Friday night. I would definitely visit this place again!!
This is a very underrated space. Food was beyond delicious, and my server Cynthia was wonderful. I will definitely be back.
From the hostess to the wait staff, service was great.
First off, my friend was on crutches and the hostess wanted to seat us at a small half-booth/chair. I had specifically requested a full booth in my OpenTable reservation which, by the way, she didn't honor. Luckily, one was available and I asked her to seat us there. The two waiters were attentive, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. The food wasn't worth the price. We had the crawfish hush puppies to start off. Barely any crawfish. I had the she-crab soup which had plenty of crab but had to ask for hot sauce to give it more flavor. I also had the shrimp and grits. Nice-sized portion and shrimp, but it looked like a mound of mashed potatoes with some tomato sauce poured on top. My friend had the skillet which he only ate half of--not a good sign. Won't be going back. Too many other restaurants with better food and prices.
Underrated spot for delicious food and solid cocktails. Louis the waiter is truly top notch.
Community Smith is a lovely place to enjoy a lunch with friends or a drink on their beautiful rooftop bar. I have always had wonderful service there. Our waitress and hostess were super friendly and made sure that everyone in our party enjoyed their dining experience. I will definitely return!
The food was so good and the service was very awesome.
Tasty food, service was a little slow
One of our go to spots before seeing shows at the Fox Theatre. We love it. Food is great and staff is friendly.
The service was excellent. Our needs were anticipated and tended by the staff. The jazz band was impressive. They played old standards and some takes on current hits.
Nice casual place. Limited menu, but what they offer is all very good. An easy dinner if you’re traveling or just meeting friends for a casual dinner.
This place is a quietly undiscovered gem in midtown! We had Tony as our server and he was beyond on point. He was what you wanted a server to be. Everyone was attentive to the guests without harassing them. The devil eggs with the bacon jam, really good. My wife had the porkchop and she loved it. The drinks were pretty good too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Nice area, however, the food was bland.
Was here with my family and friends for my sister’s engagement. I loved everything about this place; service was A+, very friendly and hospitable staff, great food, beautiful ambiance. Recommend for a dinner party with friends.
Our staff were so friendly and the food is out of this world!
We were seated on time, server was exceptional and food was delicious. Enjoyed a great evening with friends.
Our party of 7 were all very pleased with our first visit to Community Smith. Phillip did an outstanding job as our server, including recommending an off-menu item and having a non-alcoholic mohito made for one of us. He proactively asked if we were going to the theater next, and made a special effort to get us there on time. All the food was excellent, including the appetizers, and the wines were both a good fit for our choices. Great decor, pleasant sound level. Will be back!
Food and ambiance were great! A bit overpriced in my opinion. However, the service was terrible. It took so long for someone to refill our drinks, and our server left towards the end of our meal. A new server was never introduced so we had to find someone just to get our checks.
Great to be able to have very good food in the hotel (and it was surprisingly good for hotel restaurant food). Servers couldn’t quite handle orders for a table of eight, though, and there were a few mixups and delays. Overall, quite good.
This was my second time at Community Smith and I was not impressed. I will certainly be back for the bar, as that was a great ambiance and fun feel for a drink. However, the food was not great. I ordered the hush puppies as a starter, and they were terribly over cooked and dry. Then for my meal, I only ordered a side of brussels sprouts, as I was not that hungry and they were cold. My table ordered a variety of other things from the menu and no one was overly impressed, it also took a long time to get our food and the waiter only came by once. We were not offered a second round of drinks. Our waiter also forgot to bring an order of brussels sprouts, but was kind in removing it from the bill.
again, the drinks were great and the vibe is fun, but the food is sub-par.
Service was great and food was outstanding
Very good for breakfast!
Shrimp and grits was poorly presented and unimpressive. It looked like mashed potatoes and brown gravy which made it worse. “She
Cocktail was good. Food was reasonable and decent taste. The service was good.
The Friday jazz band...🙌🏾👏🏾💯
Loved the food! Servers were very nice, but it was a busy night, and service was a little frenetic. Entrees arrived within minutes after the salads (before we’d had a chance to take the first bite), and the server smartly offered to re-serve them in 15 minutes. The food really was delicious, though, so we didn’t focus on the staging issues. Will definitely give it another try.
Great experience. Will definitely be back.
Best crabcake Benedict ever! And Brioche French Toast was great too! Try the sugared biscuits!
We love this place and go every year when we come to Atlanta!!
Hubby and I agree that the Smith Burger - with short ribs - is one of the best burgers we’ve ever had!
We arrived at 5:00pm on Sunday before our show at the Fox Theatre , restaurant was not that busy and our food did not come out until 5:45pm which didn't allow much time for us to eat. Our server did not come back to fill our waters, we had to find her to ask. When food was served steak was rare , had ordered medium, and potatoes were cold. Our server did not come back to find out how food was, just got steak dinner to go, and didn't have time to eat
