I am vegan. The chef was able to make the truffle pasta vegan. Substituted the pasta for gnocchi. We also had the vegan version of the focaccia bread and butter lettuce salad.
Food was overly salty. Service was extremely attentive.
Ambiance is very cool; interesting modern space.
It was amazing… I can’t wait to come back. Great experience 😍❤️
Great tasting not enough portions on the halibut but overall great time great food
Drag brunch. Great experience!
“Limited view” means no view. Can hear everything going on but they put you on the other side of the bar so you can’t see anything unless you either stand up or the queens decide to walk past you around the back of the bar.
Jenni P made the show!!!!!!!! The absolute best. We will be back for the next. Thank you for an amazing experience!!!!!
My best experience here so far. The food was really good but what really stood out was the service. Our server, Zoe, was amazing! She made really good recommendations and was so attentive. I would come back just because of her but the entire staff was wonderful. Great job!
My friend and I had brunch at the Commons Club and it was fabulous. The food menu had so many great options to choose from however on Saturdays they don't offer bottomless mimosas. I was a little disappointed but next time I will go for Sunday brunch. Over all we had a great experience. The service was awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant for food, drinks, and a date spot.
Weekend Brunch! Great vibe! Love the decor! Great Service! Can’t wait to be back at night!
We had just arrived at the hotel and were ready to eat after settling in and putting our bags away. The staff was very friendly and even gave us a birthday card which they delivered to our table. Loved the setting, the food, and our drinks. The only setback was it took 20 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering. We weren’t in a hurry, but we we’re hungry! This was easily overlooked because of the personable service and quality of food and drink.
Such a fun spot! Great vibes and food.
Server was trying I guess but our main course came out after 3 starter courses and the plates were never cleared. Manager running the Lamb on a huge platter was visibly embarrassed. They need Bussers or something.
It was ok. Food was pedestrian and expected. It tasted fine. I felt like we were bothering the waitress. Tea refilled and nice but I had to ask. I liked the mood/decor of the room. $10 parking. Overall meh.
Such a fantastic spot! Every employee I interacted with were so sweet and knowledgeable! They really made my pre-bday dinner a memorable one!
I will definitely be going back!!
Great food! I will be back
We have had prior great experiences at Commons Club, so were quite surprised to have such a bad experience this time. It was our anniversary, so we had high expectations. However, our table was by a door on a 90-degree evening, so quite hot as it was opened every 30 seconds. We were also next to an obnoxiously loud table, so we, in turn, had to shout to hear each other and could not hear the music we come to Virgin properties to enjoy. Drink service was very slow, the wrong salad was brought out and it took another 15 min. to resolve it, and, when placing the short ribs down, the server splattered grease stains all over the front of my shirt. No apologies were given at any point, just the full bill with no pen to sign the receipt. This experience was not just well below the Virgin brand, but certainly not worth a $200+ meal for two. Commons Club could have done much better on many fronts here. This is not the Virgin brand I know.
Really neat place! Service was a bit slow. For 9 people, drinks took about 30 minutes to come out. The food wasn’t anything spectacular, but it was good. The service from staff however, is amazing. Everyone is nice and accommodating! I do recommend this place but maybe not for a large group.
Very cool vibe to the place. Great drinks and good food. The service was a little slow in the beginning but once they noticed us, they never forgot us. We will definitely be back.
Everyone’s meals were over cooked, and essentially inedible, they put the wrong ingredients on our breakfast tacos, but were very kind and apologetic when we pointed out the errors. Hope they work out the kinks because it’s an awesome menu and a great venue!
The food was absolutely terrible. Way over priced for what it was and tasteless. It was worse than canteen food.
Amazing time, definitely lived up to the hype!!😁😁
Our Brunch and Entertainment were AMAZING!
Do not go there with children. Not sure if it’s intended to be on “island time,“ but the lack of any initiative on getting food or drinks out quickly was truly shocking. We waited, and waited, and waited, and if it was just OK. I would’ve liked to have been blown away but unfortunately the stress of waiting with two young children, was not offset by the quality of the food, the quality of the service, or the atmosphere. We will never go back.
Enjoyed a nice dinner with my girl, vibes are immaculate!!! Music is also great!
Had a great girls night evening out.
The Virgin Hotel was really trendy and nice. Valet is really your only option at $20, unfortunately. The restaurant was really nice and our server, Chris, was really friendly and had good suggestions for drinks and dinner. The food was really good; we ordered the truffle pasta and had lobster added, and also had the tomahawk steak. Afterwards we went upstairs to the 4th floor pool deck lounge, which was a really cool club area with music and views of the city.
It was cool nice place to celebrate my wife’s birthday
Great! I loved the atmosphere and the music. Would definitely come back for celebrations
We had a great time .. music was amazing. Will be coming back.
The vibe is so cute. My friend brought her dog in and they were sooooo good with him. They made him a pupatini it was adorable! I loved it
The atmosphere was lively and the staff was very accommodating. I was underwhelmed by the food, not good! But definitely would return for cocktails.
Poor from the start. Valet was full and hotel presented option of public beside hotel. Did not mention it was $25 with no option even though we were eating at the restaurant.
Wit staff seriously understaffed like many other restaurants. Our waitress did a fantastic job under the circumstances. Restaurants will soon catch on that they have to pay people a fair wage to get help.
Ordered simple item: pancakes with side of bacon. Kitchen put chopped bacon in the pancakes. Waitress fixed immediately.
Plenty of other better options in this neighborhood.
I loved the ambiance! The waiter was very friendly and knew the menu well. His recommendation were on point! The halibut was delicious! I will definitely visit again!
The scenery was great, and the drinks were great, however the food was not to my likening of seasoning. I had the roastiserre chicken is what I ordered.
Everything was great service wise. the server was fantastic, as was the hostess’. It was really hot, not sure if the AC was out or what. Also drinks were slow to come out, food was really tasty but $20 for a burger? let’s calm down. Overall I don’t think I’d come back as a choice for myself or to host. But would come back because someone invited me and this was the venue they chose. If that makes sense.
Food was not that great. Ordered mine with no onions and it came with onions. When they went to replace it they clearly just picked them out and served it back to me cold. Not worth the effort for me.
The food took forever at 10 am with hardly any people in the restaurant.
cool atmosphere like vegas but food very bad and no staff to wait on you. super super loud in there
