   Michelin star earned! The food and attention to details were outstanding. We sat at the bar and we never felt we had to wait to get attention. The cocktails, especially the old fashioned, were outstanding. We did do the wine pairing, but didn’t find that to be necessary if you stick close to home with the wines you like. We absolutely will be going back and highly suggest it for a special date night!

   one of the best experiences I've had in the Bay Area. Bar tasting menu with wine pairing. Everything was top notch - the staff even took amazing pictures of us when we came in!

   The service and food are out of this world. Wine pairings are unexpected and perfection. While the sit down dinner is an experience, the bar seating is an excellent way to enjoy Commis without the many hours commitment. And the bartender is wonderful.

   This was our second time enjoying the wonderful experience that was Commis. Their attention to detail and the overall elevated experience are unparalleled. This is aside from Chef’s genius-level offerings. I cannot wait for the next opportunity.

   We went here for the experience. Everything was great. Maybe we'll return when they have a new menu, but it won't be a frequent stop. Since we sat at the Bar, hopefully we get a chance to seat at the Restaurant section (gonna have to save up). Thank you for the experience.

   I love Commis Bar. The service is friendly and top notch. The food is excellent and the wine pairings are perfect. It ain’t cheap, though cheaper than the adjoining dining room. But what the hell! Treat yourself once in a while.

    Great way to experience some of the main dining room, without the time and financial commitment. Service is just as good, and the accommodation of pescatarian or vegetarian with notice, makes it a stalwart for us.
