Nested in Uphams Corner, Dorchester, we're a lively and intimate 30-seat restaurant serving brunch on the weekend and dinner at night with a full bar and outdoor patio. Our food is a celebration of the ingredients and flavors of the diaspora connected from Asia to the Americas — global comfort food. We are proudly Black-owned, immigrant-owned, and women-owned. We believe that food is a vital aspect of community building and we envision a place that is actively engaged in highlighting the culture, art, and history of our community.

- Patio dining: patio reservations are weather-dependent and may be canceled due to inclement weather. Our patios are partially covered protecting from light to moderate rain and light wind.

- Timing: dinner's last seating is at 8:45pm and brunch's last seating is at 1:30pm. Your table is reserved for 90 mins for parties of 1-5 guests and 2 hrs for parties of 6+ guests.

De la part des éditeur·rice·s d'OpenTable: Le menu interculturel de ce petit bijou de Dorchester ne ressemble à rien d'autre dans la région, et c'est pourquoi il a déjà obtenu une critique cinq étoiles de la part du Boston Globe et a été nommé meilleur nouveau restaurant de 2023 par le Boston Magazine. We sat at the bar which I highly recommend. Drinks, sides, meals and dessert were all amazing. Our service was wonderful. Staff is happy and engaged. Very helpful with the menus too. I need to go back for brunch soon.

Great cocktail program. Plantain, okra and jerk sliders were pretty good but none of them really blew me out of the water. I greatly enjoyed the Mushroom and Chicken entrees, which were both a decent portion. The pacing was really off though. Drinks came late and/or were forgotten and had to be reordered. Our entrees (table of 4) were also brought at different times, a noticable gap of at least 10 minutes. Staff were all very kind and welcoming though. Overall we enjoyed the food but it was a bit pricey for the experience.

Amazing food and hospitality! Everything was delicious, the staff and owner so warm and kind, the cocktails & mocktails creative & unique! We had an amazing time!
