Amazing food and service
The food so good, extremely recommended ,the ambiance is nice
We had a reservation at 7:45pm. We were rushed to order our drinks and food at the same time. It took about 45 minutes to get our drinks, an our to get our one appetizer and 1.5 hours to get our food. We weren’t finished eating the appetizer yet before the waiter tried to take the food from us. When our food finally arrived, we asked for a coke and were told it was too late to add any more items. We asked about taking a dessert item to go and was also told it was too late. Never were we told it was last call and the kitchen/bar was closed. As we’re finishing up our food, we see a party of 15 FINALLY receiving their order. We also witnessed a coke be brought to their table. We asked the waiter about it and her response was they were just receiving their food late. We reminded her we also received our food late. The food was extremely good and it was unfortunate the service was so poor. Would only recommend if a different server is assigned. We even asked for the manager and they were not brought over.
Extremely slow and inattentive service. Maybe short staffed.
The customer service is horrible! They are very rude and don’t like to right their wrongs.
Food was wonderful. No wait to arrive due to having a reservation. The unlimited Mimosas were delicious 🤤. I would highly recommend
The waitress didn’t want to sit us outside, even though that is where our reservation requested. She was very rude to us. Amber, another waitress, moved us when she found out. Amber was amazing!
It all started when we arrived at the facility, my group had a group of 7 reserve for 9am we didn’t get seated until 930 am. When we told them we were there for brunch we were told that it didn’t start until 10 am which was understandable so we ordered some water and asked to wait until 10am to order our mimosas and brunch. We were told no even though it could take up until 30 min to cook and serve our food and we were seated late ! The waitress was extremely rude about this because when we said ok I guess we’ll leave she responded with “perfect” and moved on to another table where there asked about brunch and their mimosas and she said “well see what we could do”. We were also told we only had 1 hour to eat our food since they were already booked until max capacity ! The audacity !
Our table just got up and left I will never be going back I am highly disappointed!
Segunda vez en un mes. Me encanta! Pedí la hamburguesa y estaba deliciosa. De postre repetí el pastel de chocolate, buenísimo.
Nice place. Average food. Items sound better on the menu than they do on the plate.
Loved the food and the service
We found this place last minute and were pleased with our choice. We were apprehensive because of its location in a courtyard property but it was delicious and the atmosphere was great! Our server was fantastic. She was friendly and attentive. Everyone in our family was pleased with their meals! Very happy family!!
When we arrived three of the items on the menu were sold out. What did arrive showed up extremely late and cold. The food was mediocre and after the extended wait and limited menu choices, the restaurant added a 15 percent service charge. There are so many good restaurants in San Juan, no need to eat here.
La comida muy rica. El personal muy atento y servicial
Chill Brunch Spot
Made reservations for 10AM and still had to wait an hour before being served. It was not busy at all. If you are a tourist they will discriminate against you. Food was ok nothing special.
Brunch menu was perfect. Variety of options but in Sunday Bottomless mimosa! (Shh. Didnt do it because o saw a Coffee with a kick drink)
Food was really good. Avocado Toast for me and Stake & eggs for the husbear. We both over our brunch meal and let full ready for our day in Old San Juan.
Service could use some refresh. Due to covid am sure they are under extra pressure.
My group of 5 were racially discriminated against and grouped with a separate party of black guests that are staying at the adjoined hotel. The racial profiling my party received from your female manager is ridiculous and uncalled for. She threatened to call the police on our party if we did not leave the restaurant immediately as a result of the separate party from the Marriott bringing a speaker to your pool. We did not bring the speaker, play the music or even knew the men. Although a Hispanic family from the hotel also came before the African American men and played music too full of obscene language but somehow it was okay when it was in Spanish. The black men and the Hispanic family were allowed to stay but we were physically removed by security
The food was delicious and Ambar service and recommendation were perfect. This was my first time going and definitely coming back. Made us feel safe with the Covid situation. This place is a must if you are looking for good food, good wine and having a nice time. Thank you Ambar and Comedor
Very nice ambience, poolside setting surrounded by skyscrapers and sea breezes.
The food was excellent, refined versions of fried calamari and seared tuna. The sangria was a less sweet version of the Spanish classic, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The wait staff was impersonal, less attentive than we would have expected for such an upscale setting.
Great food, ambiance and service!
I set up a reservation first on Thursday morning and I received a follow up call to confirm my reservation and was told that brunch started at a later time so I decided to change my reservation for the next day since I was interested in the brunch mimosa special they offer.
I came to this location on Friday.
Upon my arrival (at 1pm) the location wasn't busy yet I waited almost 15 minutes before being greeted. Once I was escorted to my seat I asked for info about the brunch mimosas and I was told by our waiter that the brunch mimosa special is only served on Sundays.
No where on their social media it was advertised the mimosa special is served ONLY on Sundays. I was also confused on why the staff member told me the day before about the brunch time when its supposedly only offered Sundays.
The location and the food looks amazing I just wish the staff was informed properly so guests would receive best service possible and make reservations accordingly.
Excellent wine list. Very good food with a Caribbean touch. Very nice and professional people serving. COVID19 full compliance.
Breakfast at hotel restaurant. Service is friendly, however slow. Needed to ask for items a few times that should have been served with food ordered.
Every single visit it’s simply awesome. The whole package is worth a visit again and again!
Waiter was amazing loved him and the food was good
Food was great wait was long.
Great outdoor experience with my kid. Excellent service.
Great food and service!
It was a great atmosphere! Wish I was able to stay longer and I couldn’t due to curfew enforcement.
We got there and they showed us to our table quickly. The food was great and the service was quick and attentive.
Delicious food and drinks! Great service as well.
Great food and great service. Good portions so you don’t feel overly full, and the ingredients tasted fresh! Lovely atmosphere too.
Chicken and waffles were great. Unlimited Mimosas with brunch was delicious
The waiter was extremely rude and unfriendly. Customer service wasn’t his strong point! Although when I complained to the manager about the service she seemed genuinely embarrassed and apologetic about the waiters behavior. The food was good but had the entire experience been better the food would’ve also tasted better. In my opinion it was a waste of gas and of my time!!
