Sorry. Food was horrible. Burnt bacon wrapped mushy Brussel sprouts, flavorless steak skewers, cold smoke chicken was tough. Feel bad because it has opportunities. No one at the table liked it.

We were a large party dining for a birthday dinner and it was very nice here. The servers were great, very accommodating, and the food was very good. Highly recommend the cheese curds and the bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts!

Dirty Martini was awful, then the waiter divulged that the olive juice is not normal, and that people order it all the time and send it back. Why would you let people order it then? Food was decent. We went when the restaurant was first opening for the day, and all the waiters were standing around staring at us, which was uncomfortable.

The restaurant was only a quarter full and we could still barely hear each other. Our first round of drinks took 22 minutes to come out and our food took 45 minutes to come out. Once our food did arrive the fried chicken was so salty it was very edible and my medium rare prime rib was well down. The only redeeming thing about the entire dinner was the wontons.

I ordered catfish (which I love)! My wife ordered Plantation salad w/salmon. Catfish was the size (small) that you expect two and was too moist, but eatable and had a good taste. I ordered the Plantation salad ($3.00 extra) and received a side salad w/Plantation dressing. We ordered the steak spring roll and it was great! I wished I had ordered that as my entre'e and the catfish as the appetizer. My wife's salmon was not heated and just laid whole on top of the salad. Ewey/gooey cake and black coffee were wonderful (as always).

This restaurant was one of our favorites until it began to decline a year or more ago. The food and service had been declining consistently. We last visited two months ago, and the food was good but the service very slow. We decided to try it again last night as they have a new menu, and we were very pleased with our experience. Our waiter, Gary, was friendly and efficient. We had some questions about some wines, and he sent over the manager, who was more knowledgeable. The manager was extremely helpful and pleasant. The food was excellent and delivered in a timely manner. The menu, wine selection, and cocktail choices are really great!

Our meals were well prepared and tasty. I was looking forward to the Prime Rib special but learned that there was a high demand for this selection and it was not available (we had an earlier reservation). Alternate selections were made and we were pleased with them. One thing I learned was to specify that I wanted the special when I made the reservation on Open Table. I will learn from this experience. The manager was apologetic and explained what happened. We look forward to our next visit.

Came here after our daughter's graduation. We had a reservation for 5 and were able to sit outside. The inside of the restaurant was fairly loud so the patio was a nice alternative. Our waitress greeted us and told us that they were understaffed (apparently a staff member quit in the middle of their shift). It was nice that she told us about their staffing issues but the service was brutally slow, and a few things on our order were incorrect. We tried to be understanding but the lack of service and attention to detail (for example, no silverware, dishes, or napkins when our appetizers arrived, and waiting 30 minutes for our first, and only round of drinks ) made us think twice about our decision to give this place another chance. Food was very good once it arrived.

Low grade steak, however it was cooked perfectly, but the cuts were below par.got less than a half a potato and 3 sprigs of asparagus. The server did a great job but she was in the weeds. If you could get Bass Street to cook a steak like the combine you would be doing well..

Meal #1 was a 12 oz Ribeye, potatoe fingers,and asparagus. Steak was over cooked, potatoes were over cooked (dry), and 2 stocks of asparagus. Meal #2 was a 6 oz Fillet, potato fingers, ???. Same thing meal was all overcooked. Each of us had a bowl of soup ( very good beef veggie) portion size was very small We both had 2 glasses of wine (Very small).

Quality of food and service has declined steadily. Items we have ordered for the last couple years are now made differently and suffer in quality and presentation. Some items are still very good, we would still recommend it but with reservations. Never the same servers, turnover must be high, and our server was very inattentive. Never refilled waters, didn't put our order in correctly - twice.

Got a NY Strip didn't seem like the best cut of meat, don't think it was 16oz but could have been, over half was over-cooked (ordered med rare) and potatoes were pretty dry. Next time will not order stake and will order something different. But service was good, and there was 1/2 off wine and beer on Wednesday.

Absolutely phenomenal service from our server and the most incredible food. The salmon risotto is outstanding and my husband enjoyed his sandwich. We finished the evening with their decadent ooey gooey butter cake - the star of the show!

Have eaten here many times and usually impeccable service, but tonight they were off their game. We brought another couple who had not yet dined there, and our waitress was terrible. Only asked for drink refills once, before meals even arrived. Somehow our meals took much longer than normal/expected (about half full dining room). It was usual very high quality, but what would usually take 90-120 minutes ended up taking nearly 3 hours. I hope this improves.

Hubby and I visited on a Saturday evening for dinner. I ordered the salmon. The flavor was ok but it was slightly overcooked. Hubby and I shared the gooey cake for dessert. It was a bit sweet for my taste. The person that waited on us was pleasant and made sure our food was served in a timely manner. Each portion was servef perfectly timed.
