Came here after our daughter's graduation. We had a reservation for 5 and were able to sit outside. The inside of the restaurant was fairly loud so the patio was a nice alternative. Our waitress greeted us and told us that they were understaffed (apparently a staff member quit in the middle of their shift). It was nice that she told us about their staffing issues but the service was brutally slow, and a few things on our order were incorrect. We tried to be understanding but the lack of service and attention to detail (for example, no silverware, dishes, or napkins when our appetizers arrived, and waiting 30 minutes for our first, and only round of drinks ) made us think twice about our decision to give this place another chance. Food was very good once it arrived.

Low grade steak, however it was cooked perfectly, but the cuts were below par.got less than a half a potato and 3 sprigs of asparagus. The server did a great job but she was in the weeds. If you could get Bass Street to cook a steak like the combine you would be doing well..

Meal #1 was a 12 oz Ribeye, potatoe fingers,and asparagus. Steak was over cooked, potatoes were over cooked (dry), and 2 stocks of asparagus. Meal #2 was a 6 oz Fillet, potato fingers, ???. Same thing meal was all overcooked. Each of us had a bowl of soup ( very good beef veggie) portion size was very small We both had 2 glasses of wine (Very small).

Quality of food and service has declined steadily. Items we have ordered for the last couple years are now made differently and suffer in quality and presentation. Some items are still very good, we would still recommend it but with reservations. Never the same servers, turnover must be high, and our server was very inattentive. Never refilled waters, didn't put our order in correctly - twice.

Got a NY Strip didn't seem like the best cut of meat, don't think it was 16oz but could have been, over half was over-cooked (ordered med rare) and potatoes were pretty dry. Next time will not order stake and will order something different. But service was good, and there was 1/2 off wine and beer on Wednesday.

Absolutely phenomenal service from our server and the most incredible food. The salmon risotto is outstanding and my husband enjoyed his sandwich. We finished the evening with their decadent ooey gooey butter cake - the star of the show!

Have eaten here many times and usually impeccable service, but tonight they were off their game. We brought another couple who had not yet dined there, and our waitress was terrible. Only asked for drink refills once, before meals even arrived. Somehow our meals took much longer than normal/expected (about half full dining room). It was usual very high quality, but what would usually take 90-120 minutes ended up taking nearly 3 hours. I hope this improves.

Hubby and I visited on a Saturday evening for dinner. I ordered the salmon. The flavor was ok but it was slightly overcooked. Hubby and I shared the gooey cake for dessert. It was a bit sweet for my taste. The person that waited on us was pleasant and made sure our food was served in a timely manner. Each portion was servef perfectly timed.

We started with a soup, chicken tortilla, and it was delicious. My smoked chicken was delicious, and my husband enjoyed his bolognese. We split a bottle of wine, which is half price on Saturday nights, from their excellent wine selection. The turtle cheesecake for dessert was excellent.

They put us outside during sunset with nothing to block the sun, my husband had to leave to get my sunglasses. After sunset there was no light and needed to use our phone flashlights to see. Entrees took 1 hour to be served, cold and incorrect. Server though very nice did not have time to render service. We were given the dessert free for our poor experience.

My friend and I had a lovely dinner. Our server--sorry I can't remember his name-- was attentive. It is a litttle noisey--due to the cement floor. My rose shrimp was more than ample--enough for another meal. Thank you.

Our waiter was so thoughtful as my daughter & I were “celebrating” my late husband’s birthday—D our waiter was very attentive & even shared that it was also his birthday—he made the experience very enjoyable. Food & drinks were delicious — happy hour is the best!

A group of us attended Combine on 7/16/2022. Being tied to the Bass Street name we had very high expectations for the restaurant. We were extremely disappointed with the overall quality. We sat for several minutes before anyone came to take our drink or appetizer order, despite the emptiness of the restaurant. The drinks took a very long time to be prepared, and the order was not correct adding additional time to the wait. The group ordered an appetizer, salad, ribeye, and one other item that I can't recall. The appetizer was great. Duck Bacon Wontons. The salad and ribeye, were more of what you'd expect at Applebees or some other chain restaurant. The ribeye was $37 and was ordered medium rare. It was probably well done. Minimal flavor and very disappointing. It came with a side of asparagus which was also sub par. Very thin, burnt, and something I could have cooked in the microwave better. The salad came with sardines, despite no mention of it on the menu. I'd avoid this restaurant unless you are looking to overspend for something you could most likely cook better in your own home.

Wife and I had the duck it was way overcooked. Sent both back to the kitchen she then tried the salmon blt. The fish was also over cooked. My wife had to pick it off. My daughters steak and my grilled ham were ok. But the night was spoiled by three inedible entrees. No problems with front of the house. Probably won’t be back unless changes are made to back of the house.

We started at the bar with drinks and moved to a table for dinner. Our waitress Allison did an amazing job and was very attentive and friendly. Our meals were all prepared exactly as requested and delicious.
