Great selection on different types of Vietnamese food. Not just your usual pho or lemongrass chicken on rice. Love the decor, the ambience, and even the plates and bowls. Love the drink menu as well. Service was great as well.
Food was pretty good. Not the traditional type of pho.
Service was fantastic especially when other Vietnamese restaurants are so so.
Overall a pretty good dinning experience. Would go again.
Fancied up Vietnamese food (hence pricier than typical Vietnamese). Portions were good; nice location (away from busier parts of Richmond) with parking. Nice creative drink/cocktail selection.
Appetizers were excellent- creative and delicious. Main courses had few vegetables for a Vietnamese restaurant. Expensive for mostly noodle dish. Service is efficient and hurried. Quiet location and tasteful decor.
Excellent distinct taste and always consistent.
Been back a few times already, just for the chicken wings. Both the chilli fish sauce and butter garlic flavours are absolutely delicious! It's great for a date night or family dinner.
Food was below mediocre, it was a reservation for 2, so they gave us a regular small table but we ordered 6 dishes, there was literally no body in the restaurant but they refused to give us a bigger table and kept pushing the food inner inner and coming back just to see if the food was done so they can take away the dish.
Poor customer service and overpriced Vietnamese pho which sadly didnt even taste good, if it was as good as Anh and Chi i wouldn’t mind the prices.
Great food. Most delicious vitenam food ever I ate.
But little bit hard to find. and air conditioner too strong.
I want come back again. Food tastes really good
We were there for lunch on my son’s birthday. It was their first time, and my
—nth time! They loved it, both the ambiance and the food! They even said they will surely go back even if they don’t live in Richmond. My daughter lives in North Delta; my son and his partner live downtown Vancouver.
Thanks for an excellent service!!!!!! Thanks Michael for making us feel special on my son’s birthday celebration. Will be back soon!
Higher-end Vietnamese food. Still good value. We will go back again. Keep up the good service and food quality!
The restaurant itself is beautiful, with tall open windows giving ample natural light during the day, and nice mood lighting in the evening. Great ambiance.
Food is on the pricier side of Vietnamese cuisine and pricey in proportion to portion size. The Bun Bo Hue was delicious and so was the vermicelli bowl! Just wish they were slightly bigger for what we paid for. The servers were friendly both times I've visited.
Came here today with my family of six through their internet reservation a day before with relative ease. Underground parking available next to this restaurant and also street parking around the corner. Very attentive service all through the entire meal. Food is very authentic paired with dipping sauces that are better than others specially the bean sauce for Goi Cuon (shrimp and pork salad roll). Authentic way in the sense of real pork chunks used in the salad roll not Vietnamese sausage commonly use in most restaurant. Chewy rice noodles in their Saigon pho loaded with tender quality beef and yummy soap. We had papaya and pork / shrimp salad and the sauce is stronger than others that made it more flavorful. Caramelize pork pot and hot and sour soup are perfectly simmered to perfection. Taro pudding was perfect as well. Reminds me how food tasted like when visits Vietnam! Price is a touch higher than most Vietnamese restaurant in metro Vancouver but it is authentic, clean, high quality, delicious, and very attentive service. For a larger party, they automatically add 15 or 16% gratitute onto your total bill which I have no objection because the service was definitely attentive.
Love the food, great flavour and variety, great portion sizes. Will definitely be back!
yes but would remind them about the price ... not typical Vietnamese pho prices!
This is a neighbourhood gem. I am very happy to have such a visually appealing Vietnamese restaurant so close to where I live. The wings are addictive and the wait staff are always super friendly. Highly recommend!
came the first time and it was amazing. food was great, service was great. thats why i decided to celebrate my dad's 65th birthday here and had the worst meal ever. came in handed our cake to the server Ngan, sat down for more than 10 mins and had to ask before our water was filled. ordered wings and had ALL drumlets, one wing and they forgot to season the wings. which was fine, as we politely expressed our feedback, not even complaint, to our server, Ngan/Steph. they totally didn't follow up at all. totally cool. 5 mins after we finished our food, as we were chatting, they handed us our bill before we even asked for it (they wanted to leave and go home, as i overheard/we weren't the last table the bill logged 7:34pm...). weird as we still had our cake. our server totally forgot about it, and brought us our cake back, in the original package box and bag. at this point, i was confused.... wtf. her response was she didn't know we wanted to cut the cake there, and i was like interesting... who brings a cake to a restaurant and brings it back home... and mind you, there was candle on the box... so i told her we wanted to cut it there. she then tells us there was a cutting fee, which she never told us in the beginning. she then proceeds to talk to her manager for 10 mins before coming back to tell us that they couldn't do anything about the charge.... i was NOT impressed at all. super horrible service... oh... and they threw around my cake like this.. horrible horrible horrible.
Had a reservation and restaurant was not busy. I asked for a big booth but hostess put us in a smaller 2 seater booth and fair enough said the booth was reserved. However, if she was clever and quick thinking she would know to flip the booths as the other booth was occupied. I eventually had to ask the owner if we could sit in the booth that was previously occupied. Our server was great and food was ok.
Had a lovely meal.. Excellent service and food was really good
Great service. Everyone was very attentive to the customer’s needs. Desserts were great, so delicious. But main entrees were ( Pho / vermicelli bowl/ mixed meat wt noodles- soy sauce) just like any other Vietnamese restaurant.
Delicious! So happy with the service & the food. Servers are fast & friendly. The spring rolls & noodle bowls are soooooo good!
Would definitely recommend people to come and try this restaurant out.
Food is great but little bit pricey. Great service and the enviornment is clean and nice. Definitely will go back.
The table was too low and I was not able to eat my noodles comfortably. I feel as if the tables should be higher as the height of the tables are only suitable for eating food items with a fork and knife. The tables were also cramped together and it was not very comfortable.
The appearance of the restaurant was clean and tidy and organized in tables and chairs.
The service was well done. The servers provided what we ordered
and were thoughtful enough to ask about the taste of the meals
I gave decent tips to the restaurant
A really good recommendation for groups, singles to go there and try
