Columbus Steakhaus is a cozy, rustic restaurant that uses global steak and meat along with international oils, vinegars, balsamic vinegar and salts to create a unique taste. All steaks are grilled on a lava stone grill and seasoned with the signature Columbus Steakhaus Argentina Salt. A sample of steaks available are the rump steak from Uruguay, sirloin from Argentina, fillet from Brazil and ostrich steak from South Africa. If you are in the mood for a lighter meal, Columbus Steakhaus offers a buffet salad bar with many types of oils, dressings, and toppings. International spices are also available for seasoning.
