Coltello Restaurant, formerly of Crosswicks, is back! Rebuilt at a new location, with a new owner. Chefs John Tavlaris and Marco Pollizi invite you to a true culinary experience. Featuring exciting and innovative choices from Pork Belly, Octopus and Charcuterie, all made in house, to housemade Pastas, Flatbreads and Hand Selected Fresh Meats and Fishes. With daily menu changes there is always new dishes for you to try when you return!

Coltello also offers a Full Bar specializing in Wines from around the world, including specialty Keg Wines, Craft Spirits, Fresh-Handmade Cocktails and Local Craft Beers from around New Jersey and the neighboring states. We are proud to represent New Jersey, from our food to our drinks, to our walls, decorated by local New Jersey Artists.
