   What a tragedy. We think we had the last meal served. The food & service were fabulous. A real loss for Mornington that really needed a class act like Colt.

   I loved the whole experience of Colt from the food the fit out the service was great Would highly recommend anyone to go try for yourself

   Absolutely love what you are doing! Matt is fabulous! And we loved Liam! Delighted by the saltbush at the start. Loves the lamb ribs and straciatella. Wine list good. Crème caramel great - despite my son’s weirdness about the fish sauce! 😂 We will be back when the phoenix rises!

   Interesting new venue. Food was okay. I see alot of reviews recently praising the restaurant as if it is offering something out of this world but I have to say it lacked any "wow" for me. As plates are meant to be shared, the portions need to be appropriate for sharing. No point having one vegetable to be cut up among 4 diners. We had seven courses all up and NO serving utensils provided for any of the dishes. We had to use our individual knife and fork to cut and share portions. The same knife and fork we've been eating with. Not nice. The menu options were a bit limited and we struggled to choose. Serving staff were nice but over all, perhaps a little too early to eat here. Not in a rush to return.

   Delicious newcomer to Main Street - loved everything about it. Small booth like table set ups or seating at bar facing kitchen activity. Great chilled atmosphere with professional staff at every turn. Food was fantastic - this is a winning spot!

   The venue looks and feels amazing. Fantastic food the Saltbush was delicious as was the Yabby Toast and Sticky Lamb Ribs. The brisket was lovely and tender and the sauce delicious. The pork was a little dry I would have liked a sauce. Potatoes and sides again wonderful. Will definitely be back again.

   Gem of a restaurant. So thrilled to have this in Mornington. Great dining experience. Beautiful interior, super tasty fresh food with incredible flavours.

   Amazing food, drinks, service and vibes, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Definitely the hottest place in Mornington to eat and drink. If the standards stay at same level, it will be unbeatable for years to come. The destination venue this town needed. 🔥 👏

   Come back in 3 months once they get established. Ran out of barramundi and tuna on a Friday night. Brisket was nice but vegetables overcooked and dry. Good vibe but food needs some work. 2 weeks in so very disorganised

    Great start - can’t believe this place has been open for less than two weeks! We left happy! Grey food and drink options. Just a shame we don’t live closer otherwise would definitely be a regular. Thanks for a great experience.
