   I love the black bean burger with avocado. My friend had the wagyu burger and said it was delicious. Barry, our server, is a delight. He is personable and great at what he does.

   Easter Brunch was OUTSTANDING!!!! Fabulous buffet, amazing staff and the Easter Bunny. What more can you ask for!

   Although overall the food was excellent. The lamb was very tough and was hard to cut with a butter knife. Also was surprised at the way the oysters where handled they where thrown into a bowl and many upside down it should have been more elegant on a bed of ice. As far as service they forgot to give us water and never offered any soft drinks just mimosas It was also cold in there as they had the entry doors open and the cold air was blowing in.

   The restaurant understandably has no control over the pricing from the hotel bar. But, $18 for a small cocktail glass of Kettle One vodka, half filled including the ice, is ridiculous! The lady had some sparkling water - a tiny 3oz bottle of Perrier. $10 for the original and a refill! If I ever come again, we will have our drinks elsewhere before or after. Even by hotel prices for convenience, I felt taken by the excessive pricing. I’ve been to the Drake dozens of times, mostly at The Colonial Room - the bar is seldom crowded. Now I know why.

   Barry is the server to ask for! So attentive and can make any cocktail you order. Love all the burgers and stay for an after dinner drink.

   We had high tea in the colonial room it was really such a great experience the selection of teas was plenty and the assortment of sandwiches was also good the scones with different spreads the pastries were so delicious It’s a very elegant room . There waitstaff was so nice and very friendly and attentive. The only thing that I could say negative was the service charge they add on to the check is $13 dollars. The cost is $65 the total will be $84. Not sure if that’s the average for High tea but it was worth it for us.

   Too many sweet finger foods compared to savory. Some sort of quiche tart or something more savory to replace a sweet item.

    My Mother and I enjoyed the food, tea and overall experience. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and staff friendly and helpful.
