we used to love this restaurant in the past, but, sad to say, we just aren't pleased with them. It started a few yrs ago when they changed the ribs from baby back to the now St. Louis ribs. Big difference! we even noted this in our past reviews. Yesterday, my husband ordered the prime rib. it was so fatty. I ordered the black bean & rice burger. the consistency was so loose that each time I took a bite of it, it was squirting out of the bun. this recipe should hv been much tighter & should hv had a crust of some sort on it. the 3rd person ordered the Caesar salad, and she was pleased with it. Honestly, the big hit of the evening was the Noble Bread rolls--as it has been for quite some time--but a restaurant cannot exist just for their rolls. not sure that we will return based on the food we experienced last night. our waitress was good; no problems there.

It was ok, not great, but ok. Service was a bit odd and intrusive at times and the food was fine but not memorable or craveable.

Collins Brothers never disappoints! The food is consistently high quality and tasty. The menu is varied and really has something for everyone and the prices are reasonable. Drinks are well made. Bonus points for super comfy barstools!

Wehad the Restaurant Week menu and liked it very much. The food and service were great. The restaurant is a bit noisy but not unbearable.

We went to celebrate my birthday. This was our first time here. We have tried Grassroots, Macintosh, neighborhood, always pleased and opted to try one of the other restaurants. Aiden our server was great and gave us great recommendations. The food was delicious, just like the others. Spinach dip and duo dip were delish. Also, tried the crab cake salad and so good- pure fresh crab meat. I had the black bird and so yummy. One thing, there was nothing for your birthday like the other restaurants do.

Cory was our server and he was excellent. He was very attentive and I know he had other tables as well. He made good recommendations. Our food was delicious. Two people had prime rib one had a prime rib, dip, sandwich, and the other one in Nashville fried chicken sandwich and a bowl of chili . The coconut cream pie was to die for!!!

Three of us ordered prime rib, and it was so fatty, that it was nearly inedible. We also ordered the roasted cauliflower, and it was soupy and weird tasting - like drenched in sesame oil. The artichoke appetizer was cold in the middle, like fresh from the fridge cold. Overall, not a great experience. The food preparation needs some definite attention to align with the sophisticated decor of the restaurant.

The parking can be tricky because there are a bunch of restaurants in this complex as well as a bustling yoga studio and no valet. Walking up there’s a large patio to the right and once inside you get a comfortable feel right away. The filet was just okay and needed seasoning but the crispy shrimp and fries is really great. Also recommend the noble bread with whipped butter and the shrimp cocktail. It’s seasoned and very good. We tried the coconut cream pie but it was not good. It was actually ‘rubbery’ and hard crusted all in one. Our server offered to bring us another dessert but after that we were done. Would we come here again? Quite possibly for another try but not at the top of our list.
