    It was my wife and I anniversary, and while it was a beautiful time I was a little disappointed that I was asked if the restaurant can do anything to help us celebrate. I provided some thoughts and was surprised to be asked, but nothing was done so just not sure why it’s asked if there is no follow through. Food was great, service, etc that was just the one thing.

    The bartender was excellent. Our waiter was the best ever! The food was superb . We had the fish cooked whole which our waiter recommended . It was as delicious as any fish I have ever eaten!

    Food was good. Service was not great. We were there for lunch in the middle of a tropical storm, so there was only one other table occupied. Took 8 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our table after being seated by the hostess, despite multiple staff standing around talking. We did enjoy our pizzas and burrata. Generally underwhelmed for the price point so probably won’t be back.

    It was just incredible! They made everything special. They want the customers to have a great experience, they don’t rush anything, they want the costumers to enjoy their time there and the food! It was worthy every penny. They are detail oriented. We went for my birthday and they took the time to know about my favorite stuff before the day and they made drinks based on that! Isn’t that awesome?? I would recommend this place to every person and I will definitely go again.

    My husband and I have made Colletta a staple in our restaurant rotation. From the hostesses to the servers to the other staff members — everyone makes you feel like your dining experience matters. The food is always tasty and consistent! Highly recommend for special occasions or just a random date night!

    This was my first time visiting Colletta. Overall the food was great! It’s a little pricey, but I don’t mind paying more for good food. Our waiter was another issue. Mitch, could benefit from a few customer service courses. There were many times when he took way too long checking in on us. We had to constantly remind him to bring us drink refills and to clear plates. However he did have a great time playing with his other waiter friends. The restaurant was not busy when we were there so there wasn’t any reason why I service should have taken as long as it did. Outside of Mitch, we really had a great experience!

    Everything was very delicious!! Top notch! Service was excellent! Only thing that I would recommend: the lasagna needs more sauce! Plus, it needs to be served with a couple pieces of toasted garlic bread!! ;-) But, very delicious.

    Overall great! Food and drinks were very good. Only disappointment was that I read reviews about the restaurant doing things for special occasions like setting flowers and drinks on the table, giving gifts, and complimentary drinks and dessert. I didn’t get any of those things besides being told “happy anniversary”. The restaurant messaged me a couple days before my reservation asking about our favorite drinks and hobbies, I replied with a message about drinks we like. We ordered a drink at dinner and our server acknowledged our note much later after we had already finished our drink and asked if we wanted another but we said no thank you. No offer for a complimentary dessert either as I saw on many other reviews. I thought maybe our drink would get taken off the bill, but it was not. I definitely don’t expect free things, but I had an expectation of some sort of special treat based on other reviews and the restaurant messaging me directly about my anniversary as well, just flowers on the table would have been nice. It’s okay though, food and service was excellent otherwise. I’d like to come again!

    Food is mediocre. Not great. Not worth all the wait time for reservations or the prices. Too much garlic in the red sauce. My pasta dish (not tomato based) was way too watery. Ceases salad super low brow compared to what you’d expect at a spot like this. Wait staff was kinda phoning it in. Didn’t seem to know their stuff. Ordered a wine that never arrived. They didn’t notice. Asked for it twice. Still didn’t come. Not sure what the fuss is about. So many great restaurants in the world. We won’t be back.

    We had been here once before but decided to come back for our anniversary dinner. Oh my goodness! The level of service we experienced was fantastic. They had flowers at our booth waiting for us, and both our server and the manager wished us a happy anniversary, and when we ordered tiramisu for dessert, they decorated the top with "Happy Anniversary." All of these details combined with an absolutely delicious meal and service from our waitress Morgan made it a wonderful night out for two tired parents! We will definitely be back.     When greated one of the girls looked miserable. Waiter didn’t know any answers about the food. Food was not good.

    Highly recommend Colletta!! Food is amazing. Restaurant is beautiful and servers are so attentive! We went for my birthday and the restaurant went above and beyond to make my day extra special. Not just some cheesy song and dessert. Wonderful experience!!!

    My wife and I had a dinner date here for the first time and we were very pleased with our experience and the food. The only small complaint that we had was that no bread was included with any of the entrees. We thought it reasonable that if you're going to pay $150 for a meal that we shouldn't have to pay extra for bread. Other than that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and we will definitely be returning in the future.

    The food was good, but not amazing. Wine list was nice, though they were out of several bottles and noted that they may serve a different vintage than listed. Our server was friendly and accommodating. Note, it is loud so not a place for a quiet conversation. Overall solid restaurant, but not worth waiting weeks to get a reservation.

    We were told by multiple sources that the lasagna was the best thing on the menu and had a delicious bolognese sauce. When we got our food the lasagna was cold, had very little meat and barely anything between the layers of noodle. The popette sauce was watery. Waiters did not come around to fill waters or ask for additional drinks. Parmesan was not offered for all pasta dishes.

    Colletta is awesome. Food ambience and service all perfect! Great experience. Part of the Indigo Road restaurant group that also includes our other favorites Oak Steakhouse and O-Ku Sushi in Raleigh. These folks have their sh*t together! Highly recommend!

    Ate here for lunch and the menu wasn't that extensive. The pasta I had was VERY al dente and there were only a few actual dishes on the menu. Great place if you want to eat pizza for lunch. I'll try their dinner menu to see if it is any better but this isn't a place that I'd seek out but I'd go if I was in the area.

    Place is amazing, server was great, polite and very friendly, everything was great!! Thank you so much. The only one thing that was a little off is music. It was very loud we barely could hear ourselves talking. But everything else was great! Thank you.

    They have a great menu. All pasta is prepared in-house. Like a lot of restaurants, the wait staff seems spread thin. This sometimes means a little longer wait. Overall, we had a great time, and this is definitely on our favorites list.

    Had focaccia and Caesar salad - both excellent. Entrees were chicken parmesan and veal chop - both were over cooked and pasta was dry and gluey. Had tiramisu and peach crostata for dessert - both excellent. Service was excellent and tipped accordingly. Not his fault. Wanted to complain but it was our anniversary and did not want to spoil the evening.

    I enjoy the Fenton area as it's reminiscent of places I've lived before with vibrant open air malls. Colletta sits right in the middle of all the fun and has great indoor and outdoor seating options. Our server, Clara, was a breath a fresh air. Attentive and knowledgeable. Now for the food! We started with the focaccia, crispy clam strips and the Florentine salad. Alllll delicious! You can tell all of the ingredients were fresh and it was cooked to perfection. For entrees we ordered the bucatini and the mafaldine. Both were amazing but the bucatini was outstanding! The shrimp were cooked perfectly, the sauce was smooth and unbroken and the bucatini itself was the perfect texture. Needless to say we will be back!! Well done!
