                                                                Don’t book outdoors! Hot, bugs, no service. Indoors is beautiful and comfortable. The food is good. Pomodoro Spaghetti was too spicy. I asked for my kid and he could not eat it. There was two hostesses. One extremely professional and polite. The other exactly the opposite.

                                                                My wife and I really enjoyed our visit to Collette. We both did the Chefs tasting menu and tried a taste of many dishes on the menu. This was a great experience and the the staff were really kind and talked through our preferences to shape a great experience for us. I wish more restaurants would offer an option like this one.

                                                                This time, we had a pizza and it was fabulous. Recently with to a Michelin-rated pizza place and to be quite honest, the pizza here at Colletta's is fantastic! Thanks for the great food and service. Keep it up!

                                                                Our waiter, Tariq, was phenomenal! He brought an energy that made the entire experience. I had the lasagna and my husband had the chicken Parmesan, both dishes were absolutely delicious & large portions.

                                                                We visited Colletta for date night with an 8:00pm reservation and were seated promptly. Our server, Israel, was polite and attentive, though my first cocktail choice was out of stock. Appetizers arrived quickly, but our main dishes were delayed. Around 9:04, we were told our food would be out soon, yet it took another 15 minutes to arrive, and both dishes were barely warm. My lasagna was burnt on top, and my boyfriend’s chicken Parmesan was way too salty. Service was friendly, but the long wait and food quality left us disappointed. The atmosphere was lovely though, so we might give it another try in the future.

                                                                The arugula salad was delish…I was not impressed with the pizza. Wood fire oven usually produces some good crust, but it was soupy in the middle. The server was nice.

                                                                Food and restaurant are wonderful. Been many times. There are 2 tables for 2, one on each side of a service station. We, unfortunately got one last night and I didn't realize until it was too late, ie we were situated. The station is very noisy, drawers keep opening and closing with utensils being thrown in and taken out. Very disruptive. Wont ever let them put me there again.

                                                                We had a large party for my wife’s birthday and the waiter did amazing. Our group due to unforeseen circumstances showed up at all different times. Our server made sure to keep the drinks flowing and people with cocktails as they arrived. When it came time to order appetizers and main courses they spread things out and allowed us to enjoy the amazing food. We had everything on the menu it felt and it was all so good and not repetitive. The waiter recommended me the chicken and I was hesitant at first but it could have been the best chicken I have ever had. It was an amazing experience for my wife’s birthday and we will be coming back and recommending it to others who want a special night out.

                                                                My Hager steak came out overcooked the first time therefore I had to return it. They got it right the second time. Our waiter was ok, everything took extra long and we always had to keep asking for water, which took a while to get. Maybe we drink a lot of water when compared to others. Apart from our absent waiter and my steak being overcooked the first time, everything else was great. We will return. Hopefully we have a better experience next time
