Dinner: Monday - Thursday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday & Saturday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm, Sunday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Everything was great! Food was delicious, service was great, and the ambiance was nice.
Overall, Colletta was pretty good. Maybe not as fabulous as people made it out to be, but all things considered, I liked it and I would go back. Our server was super nice, attentive, and helpful. I don't know his name but he actually gave us some information on art shows in the ATL area. The appetizers were great, and the food was also pretty good.
Great experience. Amazing service. Wonderful food. Highly recommend.
We were just wowed by the service and the wine choice. It made our anniversary dinner all that much better. We truely enjoyed the atmosphere and we plan to go back on date night.
Got there for reservation. Had to wait 15 min but not a problem. We had to wait for another 15 min for server to come say hello. We waited for 30 min from the time we sat down til we got our first drink.
The calamari came out before the drinks. The server took our salad forks away before we got our salad. We were there for my sons 16th birthday and the experience was disappointing. Will not recommend this place to others. We were there for 2.5 hours.
Great restaurant, food, not the best ambiance for a date
We sat at the bar and had great service. The wait staff was very nice and attentive. Our dinner was very good. Will go back and would recommend to others.
Could not say enough good things about our meal and our service!! We ate family style and were so pampered and the food was so delicious. The chef pays such attention to detail and each course was absolutely perfect. Amazing service as well from the greeting at the host stand to the final walk out. Love mad the overall experience! Can’t wait to go back.
We felt rushed by the wait staff the minute we were seated. Asked for drink order as we were seated, Recited the specials while one of us was away from the table, then returned 2 minutes after given menu for meal order. And now $5 for bread? Either provide bread service or don’t. Food was very good indeed, but overall rushed and overpriced.
Romantic but classy and modern. Great homemade pasta and simple charcuterie plate. For a couple of parents wanting a nice date night this place hit the spot. Would definitely come back.
The only reason I didn't give Coletta a * was that the lighting at our table for 2 was just candlelight from one small table candle. There was no overhead lighting and the lights over the booths across the aisle were one bulb with frosting on the bottom to dim the light from the one bulb. It was the darkest table I've ever sat at with no opportunity to make it any brighter. LUCKILY, the food was delicious, so we will go back but we'll sit at the group table hightop or go during the summer months when it's not dark out. Or we'll go as more than a twosome so we can at least have a booth with the one frosted bulb AND a couple of table candles.
Our salads were great. We each wanted a different salad so we were able to order a 1/2 portion each, which was a beautiful size. My husband had the Caesar and I had the kale, which was the best kale salad I've ever had (and I've had many.) I could have eaten a whole salad. I had the tagliatelle, which was perfectly done; the pasta was al dente and the presentation beautiful. My husband had the chicken Parmesan, which he really liked. It was very hearty. I tried it at his insistence and it was tasty but I preferred my tagliatelle, which was way more delicate.
It was Thursday evening and they had live music so it was quite noisy while the music was playing.
Went with my family and really enjoyed the fresh and unique menu especially the pork and homemade pasta dishes. Topped it off with a very enjoyable desert.
The service was outstanding with the server having very strong knowledge of the menu and made some great recommendations...were also very considerate to grandma🙂..
This was our second time to Colletta and will definitely be back.
First time I have ever come for lunch and it was very nice:)
Colletta was the noisiest restaurant I have ever been to. The food was average ... nothing special. Would not go back.
Food just ok. Hardly anyone in the place and it took a long time for their ‘express’ lunch. Won’t return.
Food was great. There is a very reasonably priced lunch menu. We had wince and I had the $10.00 Choose a salad and choose a main dish lunch special. I chose the slice of the day which was margarita pizza and the Italian salad and both were delicious! We did not feel rushed...three of us stayed about two hours. I would highly recommend Colette as a great place for lunch!
This restaurant never disappoints. Consistently delicious!
Food was good, very fresh. Server was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy her work. Great customer service. Very relaxed atmosphere which was nice. Prices are reasonable. Great wine selection.
Chairs were very uncomfortable. Noise of music was way too loud. My throat was sore afterwards from having to speak above the volume of the rock and roll. It was just ok. 3rd try was not the charm.
Good food and fine service!
Loved this restaurant! Starting with great hospitality and service from the hostess to the waiter to the management all focused and engaged in ensuring a wonderful dining experience is ensured for all.
House made charcuterie and pasta, fresh and local ingredients, everything cooked to order and to perfection, big flavors, nice portions and a good pace - never felt rushed
Also really liked the ambiance, especially since the acoustics were such that you could actually hear the person across the table from you - so novel in restaurants these days!
I’d definitely make this my go to if I lived in the area.. check them out I’m confident you’ll have a great experience!
I was there for my birthday celebration. The food was wonderful. We had a variety from the menu, pizza was crisp and hot, soup of the day was delicious, and the delectable short ribs. The ribs were good though not as hot as the other entrees. We’ve been here many times and noticed no manager on floor. You could tell with out the floor manager the food was not coming out like it should. All in all it was good, very busy for Thursday night.
35th wedding anniversary.
They were most accommodating making us feel special. Highest regards.
The absolute best Italian meatballs in town! Service and atmosphere were top notch. When I am in that area, it will be my go to restaurant.
Delightful business lunch !
Terrific service, terrific cocktails and terrific food!
50th birthdays for me and a friend. We were treated so special. A candle for each course and dessert! Great food and amazing service
COLLETTA IS ALWAYS AS GREAT DINNING EVENING FOR US. FOOD IS FIRST RATE AS IS THE SERVICE,
PARKING ETC. WERE FREQUENT DINNERS HERE.
Wonderful food. Very loud, and significant delay on food delivery.
Wonderful service, great food and good energy
Had dinner here for first visit after seeing an afternoon movie. The food was excellent - highly recommend both the butternut squash soup and the meatballs for appetizers, and the black pepper tagliatelle entree.
Emily, our server, was very personable, informative about the menu, and went above and beyond to help with our wine selections. Other staff were also engaged and positive.
Over priced and no house wine!
Ridiculous for an Italian place.
All of our food was really salty and we both love salt. The server was amazing but just didn’t live up to the reviews
Great Italian spot in Avalon next to Oak Steakhouse with a great menu. The meatballs are incredible.
I think you should really try the chef recommendations or what they are noted for. There is an icon on each menu item. We did just that, my husband was going to order the lasagna but the noted item was ravoioli so he got that, all pastas are made in house, so a fancy stuffed ravioli is better than a flat lasagna noodle. He decided he also wanted to try the pork shank, I was uncertain about what exactly was a Shank, & had heard of other types of meat shanks, but wasn’t really thinking I would order pork that evening. I ordered it anyway since it was basically the on trend KETO meal & a noted item. The PORK SHANK WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF THIS WORLD, MY HUSBAND LOVED HIS MEAL AS WELL, I wasn’t offered any of his meal though, hahaha. I did scrape off the extra fat on the pork shank, next time I would ask for the tasty sauce on the side to make sure to save it for the meat, it was perfectly cooked & so tender it was delicious. I would 100% reorder this pork shank next visit & now so would my husband or he would just eat some of mine again.
Very good food and service was fantastic. Our service was attentive and ensured we had a great time.
All the food was very good however the lasagna was dry and the seafood Farfalle pasta should have had more seafood. Also the meat & cheese platter had a large portion of fried bread in center which we were surprised about and they only put out two cheeses with the meats. For $24 it was not worth it!The atmosphere was nice . I really wanted to give them 3.5 stars but went with 4 since it had to be a whole number.
Service is a bit slow. Food was great. Dessert was ok. Drinks were perfect. The couple beside us were belligerent, not the restaurant’s fault but kinda annoying. Would certainly recommend to others and will go again
Not worth the money, the Calamari was top notch but that was the highlight. The carbonara pasta had no flavor, the pasta that came with the chicken parm was overcooked and mushy, the bolognese was average, shame because the spaghetti was cooked perfectly. We have been to Colletta multiple times, this time was so disappointing it may be our last.
What an incredible night at Colletta! We went there for my wife's birthday and was blown away with everything. The food, ambiance, staff and management were all fantastic. Jeff the manager came by multiple times to ensure that everything was okay and we are glad that we had Amir as our server. What a team, what a nice group of people. We will definitely be back.
