                                                                We had the most wonderful dining experience at Colletta! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was beyond outstanding. Our server was attentive without being smothering, and very knowledgeable of the menu. He offered great suggestions. Absolutely a "repeater" for us!

                                                                We have tried Colletta several times over the past few years and have left feeling very disappointed. This experience was the same, even though we tried again! Service was ok, but the food was delivered so slowly and the fish was uneatable. I think having a pizza could be the better choice.

                                                                Wonderful evening with longtime friends. Our server, Ashley C. Was fantastic and a gem. Loved the paced service and opportunity to not be rushed. And fabulous food too boot!

                                                                Sad no more bread service while prices went up. Service was ok. They put us in a weird spot next to outdoor seating but inside but we had outdoor chairs.

                                                                The waiter did not believe my son was of legal drinking age despite a legitimate government ID that proved his age, then was required to produce a second ID, which he did, then a manager at the table to investigate even further. It was embarrassing. I’ll have to think about it more before we decide if we will ever go back.

                                                                We have been going to Collette in Alpharetta since it opened and have enjoyed it and celebrated multiple milestones and celebrations with family and friends. We visited this evening June 19, 2025 and were very disappointed and sorry to say may not return. We have always selected the family style dinner that is a chef selected meal. Tonight it was not great, carb after carb, pizza, burrata dish then chicken parm with pasta and another dish of just pasta and finish with zeppola for dessert. Nothing special and carb loaded. Nothing to write home about as the pizza was the best item we were served. Indigo food group seems to have lost focus of providing an upscale restaurant and meal which we feel was over priced.

                                                                Another great time at Colletta. Danny was excellent and efficient with the service . Shane (G.M.) stopped by to introduce himself and then later on explained a mishap with my lasagna which he quickly corrected with some meatballs while I waited for the lasagna. In the end we had so much food we couldn’t eat it all! My wife had the pork piccata and loved it. Just another good time at Colletta.

                                                                The meatballs were great; however the spaghetti was lacking flavor and chicken parm were over cooked and hard. Very surprised this occurred.
