   The waitress was delightful in her service and food recommendations. The pizza was made to perfection, crisp and lightly browned, making us ordered a second pizza. The seafood broth was rich and tasty. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience for me and my family of 5😁

   Pretty disappointing experience overall And I hate having to say I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend as We waited 1 hour between minimal antipasto serving and then mains 4 cheese pizza was dry and too small for a main Calzone was too thick and dry Main osso busso was very salty-inedible Mean amount of Ravolli and sauce too thick Seafood soup too spicy (chilli) and had no accompanying bread Servings not very large- for the prices Very humid evening but AC not turned on Our group of 8 all agreed too expensive for a disappointing night

   My family & I were happy with the service we received by the waitress at the front when she greeted us and took our order. Both ladies were very fast & efficient, however we were left feeling upset due to the long wait to get our food to the table from the kitchen. We arrived approximately 10 or 15mins early, but our food was served after 1 & a half hrs to 1 hr & 45mins wait... We understand that it was busy, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that we had to wait that long. This was our first time at this restaurant and will be the last. A piece of advice, perhaps this restaurant needs a permanent staff at the bar, and have 2 or 3 more extra staff for the kitchen. Overall service was slow, the waitresses were running around to and from customers, greeting guests, serving food, making drinks, answering phone, taking orders, cleaning etc... Also take into account that a lot of takeaway food delivery people ( deliveroo & Uber eats walked off without taking the customers food) With this said, I strongly would suggest that you need more staff in your restaurant in order to get more higher ratings. Time management, fast and efficient service & accuracy is the key to getting great & happy customer service. Our overall expectations from our experience at your restaurant was from high to extreme low. We’ve dined at other restaurants much bigger than your restaurant but we didn’t have to wait as long as we did at your restaurant. We’ve been left extremely disappointed. Food was good, service from the kitchen was very poor in time management wise. We felt that the waitresses did all the work at the restaurant.

    The food was authentic and extremely tasty. We are yet to try the pizzas. We will definitely be going back.
