My girlfriends and I had a fabulous lunch and glass of wine on the patio at the Coliseum Grill. The atmosphere is wonderful, the views amazing and the service friendly and attentive. Highly recommend when you want to spoil yourself a bit and enjoy being out in a safe manner while we still are under COVID restrictions. The grounds are beautiful and it's like escaping to another world for a little while.

The view was spectacular and the ambiance very romantic for the occasion. The level of customer service provided by all the staff was top notch from the second we walk in the door. The food was amazing, the dish prepared by Chef Zack was one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. I absolutely recommend this place. The view of the Sunset and the round pool complemented each other very well. Perfect place for date night or better yet stay at the amazing resort.

We had the best time at Coliseum Pool & Grill. We celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday and she loved everything about it. The restaurant accommodated our every needs. We will definitely be back for more satisfying experiences. We love this place, the people and the service and are now a definite fan! Thank you so much for a wonderful night!

Everything was great. Our server and the help was attentive and helpful. I realize because of covid valet parking isn’t offered however there was no disabled parking, at least noticeable. My husband managed to walk but it was a bit hard. When I asked the host he didn’t know the answer.

The hostess sat us at a wonderful full view table which was so nice of her. My guest was visiting from out of town and was amazed at the sunset view from the restaurant! The food was delicious. Love the tortilla soup with a wedge of lime! Yummy Virgin Margherita and they gave me s a generous steak even though we split the dinner. The brioche were soft and good and with the heat lamp, we enjoyed ourselves with exceptional service. We had the server, manager, food runner and bus boy ask if we were okay. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed and we really appreciated it. Thank you! 😄

May be because of coronavirus, we saw less people and happy atmosphere was more quiet, but the view was good as usual. Also found taste was much improved than any time before. Serving people were very polite as usual, compared with any other places around and I believe it is due to trained very well.

Great setting overlooking beautiful pool. They were out of the only IPA that was listed as available on draft. Menu is a little limited, but understandable during this Covid time. Server was professional, but not outstanding. Very little checking on our needs. Very nice touch providing us with a dessert for a milestone anniversary.

Service was slow. Had to find someone to ask for small plates, steak knives and extra drinks. Server was not around very often. Long waits in between drinks, food and basic service.

Sitting on the patio overlooking their incredible circular pool, the golf course and the stunning Pacific Ocean beyond. Wine, eggplant panini, tortilla soup were awesome and the Servers are great. Upstairs at the Cafe before dinner Alexis is the best. He remembers if you have been there previously and does extra special things to make our visit special. We met the Cafe Manager too and they both brought out a dessert and candle when they heard it was my friend’s bday!! Touching!!! Thank you!!

Maybe it is due to Covid but when we invited our friends to dinner this week, I was embarrassed that the table which was next to the bus station (reservations) had nothing in it but a paper menu. Not even a vase of flowers or a salt and pepper shaker. For the prices you charge that would have been nice.
