The service was extremely slow. We had to ask to order drinks and food as no one bothered serving us . Very disappointing after it was highly recommended to us to go. This was to celebrate our friends birthday.

In for leaving drinks. Service was really slow. After waiting a long time seated I went to the person serving our area to ask if we should have ordered at the bar, but was told they would take our order soon. It was about 20 mins before we actually got any drinks, yet there were only 3 tables to be served including us. All the staff seemed to be huddled round the bar and when they did walk round the back area where we were sitting, it was difficult to get their attention. The person behind the bar seemed annoyed that we all paying for our own drinks, but if we’d been offered a bill we could’ve settled it at the table a lot easier.

It’s clear we missed the mark on attentiveness and communication during your visit. Waiting that long for drinks, especially with only a few tables being served, is not the standard we aim for. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to feel overlooked and to experience tension around how you wanted to pay — something that should have been straightforward and stress-free. We’ll be speaking with the team to ensure better coordination and awareness in all areas of service, particularly during quieter times when standards still need to be maintained.

We have been many times but if this was my first visit it would have been my last! Service was poor l asked for a glass of water twice still didn't recieve it!!! Music choice doesn't cater to all age groups if fact first time we have left so quickly

Cold town house rooftop bar is beautiful and gave holiday chill vibes. The staff where extremely busy but lovely and gave a good service. I didn't manage to try the food as after only 2 hours we were asked to leave due to another booking slot. I felt 2 hours for a party of 6 to eat and drink was not long energy and usually a booking would be at least 3 hours. I had tried to phone ahead of the booking to query the amount of time and make drink arrangements as it was a snall hen party.,but you cannot speak to anyone and the voicemail is full. If I had of known the booking slots are 2 hours only. I would have requested a double booking and been happy to organise a drink package etc if required to secure. I will definitely go back, I jst felt for a larger party it was a shame to have to leave so early and before food. I gave a 5 star rating for food based on other guests food looking and smelling great.

Bit of a mixed bag. Our server was very friendly and helpful, but service was unbelievably slow. It took over an hour for our food to come out. The area we were seated in did not seem busy so not sure why it took so long. Food was just ok and nothing memorable. I’m sure if you’re on the roof deck it’s a different experience as that is what this place is known for. Interior decor was nice but booths and seats were very dirty.

The hostess was really on top of her job and although our booking was running late she was on top of it. The food was nice and the menu is competitively priced given its location. We ordered the fish and chicken burger both were fresh and filling. There was a birthday party in, and the party were getting drunk and louder and louder. They were swearing and screaming and still being served. I understand it's a bar, but their noise levels meant you could barely here the person sat at your table. I just think there is a point where something needs yl be said and drunken obnoxious behaviour challenged by staff. The staff were run off their feet but this birthday party the whole bar could hear. This is my only complaint really as everything else was really nice. The bald barman who served us was genuine one of the nicest guys we've encountered in a restaurant. Staff amazing. Food good value. Just felt this party I've highlighted could have maybe been spoken too.
