Chef Hugo Bolaños and Pastry Chef Kaori Monji will present a thoughtfully curated five-course menu, designed to showcase the seasonal bounty of California and complement the bold, expressive character of Chappellet’s mountain-grown wines. Discover the beauty of Napa Valley’s Pritchard Hill through every sip, as each course is expertly paired to highlight the craftsmanship and legacy of one of California’s pioneering wineries. Our Beverage and Bar Manager, Diego Torres, a certified sommelier and all-around wine wizard, will take guests on a tasty journey through the story and subtle flavors behind each pairing, sharing the fascinating history and winemaking secrets of Chappellet along the way. This open-air evening of fine food, exceptional wine, and warm hospitality promises a truly memorable experience. Seatings begin at 6:00 PM, with the last reservation available at 7:00 PM.     This is my second time visiting coin and candor and the experience is still phenomenal. From our greeting with the hostess to the last appreciative goodbyes of our waiter. We last visited towards the end of winter back in February and enjoyed the chefs amazing dinner winter menu. This time around we had the pleasure of enjoying his brunch/lunch summer delights. From his summer soup where you can taste every flavor in each bite to his refreshingly sweet dessert that featured summers perfect peaches. This meal was a 10/10. Highly recommend coming in to try the new summer menu and enjoy the calming views of the hotel this summer, with their signature coin and candor gin & tonic. Bon appétit!

    The restaurant was nice but we’re disappointed that we didn’t get to sit outside by the water. I stated on the reservation that we were celebrating my birthday but they didn’t bring us a happy birthday complimentary dessert while we saw another table receive one :(

    Coin and Candor is my favorite restaurant to go to. Unfortunately, this time I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t an explanation under “Starters and Pasta” as to the size of the serving. The pasta dishes that we ordered were very small which left some of our guest still hungry. Also, the dessert this time was a little underwhelming. It pains me to say these things as I really do love going there but this time was a bit of a miss. Sorry.

    Our server, Andrew, was great. The atmosphere always makes for a relaxing lunch environment. Chefs menu has excellent choices with amazing preparation. Always a delightful dining experience, even when it’s just oysters and a burger!

    The chef has changed and the food is not as good as it used to be. we had an influencer sitting at the table next to us and were ingnored. That was interesting because we are frequent diners at this restaurant.

    Enjoyed another exceptional lunch at Coin & Candor, including three of the new menu items that were added this week. Especially enjoyed the new Snake River Farm Wagyu Truffle Burger and the new asparagus soup. Already looking forward to dining at Coin & Candor again soon to try additional new menu items (on the lunch and dinner menus) as well as to enjoy some other favorite dishes (the "Butchers Butter" Steak, Maine Lobster Frites, and Spring English Pea Agnolotti).

    Service is ALWAYS top notch. Pan De Bono bread (not on menu anymore, but they will serve it if you ask for it) is unreal!!
