The last time I was here, I had a minor issue, and I complained. A few days after, I received an email from the Four Seasons Hotel manager, Richard Poskanzer. He apologized for the incident and called me by phone to make sure I'm satisfied. He insisted that he wanted to meet me the next time I go there, which was today. He is an amazing guy who cares about his customers
The food is fantastic as always ”don't miss the Red Snapper.”
They take Covid seriously so I felt safe b
Had a great dinner with my daughter before she headed back East. Four seasons does a great job from a safety standpoint - great food - and great setting sitting outside overlooking the waterfalls and pond. A bit expensive - but to be expected given it’s the Four Seasons. Highly recommended.
As always we were greeted with smiles and professional courtesy. Our needs are always met and our server was wonderful at suggesting other menu items we had not previously tried. She knew when we needed service and went to allow us to enjoy our time. Our drinks were never empty and plates were cleared as necessary and unobtrusively. It makes dining here such a great experience which keeps us coming back.
An oasis in the middle of Westlake Village. Dining outside with the sound of the waterfalls with a deliciously fresh meal and cocktail was just the escape my friend and I needed to catch-up. Highly recommended this place for casual dining.
The Coin & Candor Calif. Brasserie was open on April 3, 2018. It is a hidden jem located inside of the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village.
The food presentation and taste are very good. The patio outdoor dining with a spectacular view of waterfall and pond amid beautiful scenic surrounds enhances your fine dining experience.
Carlos Arica often visits each table to ensure diners are happy with foods.
Always a pleasant experience. Good food, great service and beautiful setting. A bit expensive, but generally worth it.
Lovely all-around experience. A huge thanks to Sadie our server, Hannah and the team for all the kind and courteous care. They continued to go out of their way to make sure our birthday occasion was just pristine. I have long loved this spot as one of my personal favorites in the world and as always, can’t wait until our next time here again. It never ceases to feel special!
What a great luncheon experience! The food was the highest quality, and the wine was the best tasting. Service by Debbie was outstanding and her team. Thank you for the surprise chocolate anniversary dessert, as well. We will be back.
Great loved the variety on the menu
Sat out on deck given C-19 environment. A bit cold/breezy given weather and deck heaters under performing. Meal was fine as usual. Service by Valeria was very good. Enjoyed the quiet morning and typical 1st class Four Seasons standard of care/service.
The food was delicious and the service was great!
The experience at Coin and Candor was exceptional. The food, ambiance, and service were beyond my expectations.
I will definitely return!
Great food and great service. A very friendly waiter.
Beautiful setting. Safe seating procedures and safe service. Delicious food with unique touches.
Food is great.
People who work there are great too, except one kid has a bad attitude.
It was our anniversary, and this is not the first anniversary we spend here. Each time we come, we take a picture in the same place.
This time I asked a permission from our waiter to allow us to go the same place which is very far from everybody and takeoff our mask and take pictures as we usually do.
The waiter allowed us and took us there.
The other guy started calling us from very far away as he is attacking us and trying to kick us out. He said wear a mask or go out.
He was rude.
We are regular customers to this place it has not been a month without us having a meal there
I will think twice before going there now
We say outside facing the beautiful waterfall. Our waiter was excellent and friendly. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious from the appetizer to dessert. The drinks were great as well. Would definitely come back!
Beautiful spot - great food.
Coin & Candor is in the beautiful Four Seasons. Easy parking, strict Covid procedures (appreciated) and excellent service staff. If dining outside on the beautiful terrace, I suggest avoiding the landscape "symphony" of blowers and mowers on Wednesday late afternoons. It went on forever and was very annoying. They have to do landscape sometime. The pretzel bread and cocktails were lovely. All food was beautifully presented and you could tell everything was fresh and of the very best selection, but for some reason nothing tasted as amazing as it looked, aside from the pretzel bread with mustard butter. The sauce on the mushroom side dish and brussel sprouts was almost perfumey so we scraped it off the best we could. The snapper was a perfect share plate and grilled perfectly but again the sauce was bitey and didn't seem to fit the dish. The snapper herb topping was beautiful and very fresh. We had wonderful cappuccinos and shared the rich chocolate layer cake with ice cream for dessert. I'd go again and hope items I didn't try are more dazzling.
Excellent service and enjoyable experience, especially amidst Tempe current climate. They take every precaution to make you feel safe and have a wonderful time.
Food was tasty, Service was great. Overall wonderful dining experience.
Great restaurant, delicious food and really good service.
We found this place last minute. Food was great! Outdoor dining was awesome, our waitress was so sweet and they gave a free dessert for our anniversary.
This is the first time we ate at coin and candor the food was excellent and the service was also great. I had the pork chop which was the best I’ve ever had and my wife had the fish it was also very good.
Great food, drinks, service and ambiance. Nice respite in the midst of this craziness.
The food & service are always top notch!
Glad to be back. Always a terrific choice. Good use of all available space. Friendly, welcoming Staff Team! We miss Rhonda and have been patrons for fifteen years....
Always consistently awesome experience. Thank you!!!
Good food, great seevice
Great service, lovely ambiance and wonderful food.
Limited menu of excellent offerings. Lovely setting. Quality service. We had a lovely, leisurely, dinner.
Our only grump is that the price of wine is quite high, starting at about $15/glass.
I returned to Coin & Candor for lunch after having a great breakfast experience just last week. The weather was over 100 degrees so even in the shade with fans it was a little uncomfortable. We both ordered the Kobe burgers and while they were good they were not great. The brioche buns were too think or it seemed to like too much. I'll wait for the weather to cool a little then bring my wife next time.
Great all great
Absolutely loved dining here
From the scenery to the service and food
I’d spend every meal here if I could. It’s that fabulous.
Waterfalls, birds and beautiful greenery
Can’t get much better
Amazing service, food was fantastic, and ambiance was spectacular!
We happened on this restaurant by kismet when a reservation elsewhere fell through, and we could not have been more delighted. We loved our cocktails and food, and the ambiance was spectacular. We will go back.
Absolutely delicious sourdough bread! We shared the Little Gem and NY steak, and everything was so savory. We will definitely be back!!
Great all around
Dodd was delicious!
Can’t beat the patio and the view. Good food. Definitely one of the best options for Covid lockdown dining.
