   Exceptional all the way through,everything is so well thought out for a great experience. It's all in the little touches,attention to detail,and terrific floor service,not to mention the sensational food. We had a 2 oysters and croquettes to start,followed by the Sunday Roast. The Chicken Sunday Roast ($35) was generous,hearty and the jus was amazing. Considering the average pub parma hovers at the $30 mark it's amazing value. Looking forward to coming back.Thanks very much!

   Came in to celebrate our 17th anniversary. Food was amazing, service even more so. Beautiful wine selection and the steak was cooked perfectly! Absolutely delicious! Was a bit noisy, however that’s what happens when you dine around dinner time with a lot of other people drinking and enjoying their night. Eventually the noise dropped down. To our surprise the waiter brought us a complementary wedding anniversary dessert which was really nice. I would definitely recommend eating here and would visit again.

   This is undoubtedly the best food in the hills excellent produce, imaginatively put together and skilfully cooked.The service was excellent and friendly, reflecting the positive ‘feel’ to the restaurant.

   Only complaint is the wine pour is very frugal! I know they have to apply appropriate cost when pouring via the glass, but I think they could be a little more generous

We understand that the size or shape of the glass can sometimes make the pour appear smaller than it actually is, but please rest assured that you are receiving the correct serve.    We've dined many times at Cognoscenti, and have never been disappointed. Our group of 8 had dietary requirements, so they went out of their way to tweak the chef's set menu for us. It was all very delicious - we will always recommend and return.
