Love this upper Eastside Bistro! It draws people from the neighborhood — elderly doyennes, families, women friends meeting for dinner. The cod is to die!

Charming French bistro with a diverse clientele and seemingly popular among locals. It’s a cozy restaurant with an energetic vibe. Service was very attentive despite being very busy at the dinner hour; I’m glad we made a reservation. We tried the French onion soup which was delicious albeit a bit tangy compared to what I’m used to having. The duck confit and steak frites were awesome choices for entrees and the crème brûlée was the perfect way to finish off the meal. We each enjoyed a glass of wine which were delightful. The location is perfect if you’re visiting the Frick Collection, it’s only a couple of short city blocks away.

On the hottest day of the year we had a lovely, cool lunch! From the hostess who directed us upstairs since it was cooler to our waiter and our attentive busboy Joel, everything was perfect! The signature chicken salad and the salad nicoise were absolutely delicious. We will certainly be back!

My favorite bistro in NYC. I usually have the mussels but last night had the duck.
