I always love this place - the service and low noise level are the main reasons, but the food rarely disappoints. For best value, stick with their delicious wood-fired pizzas; for a splurge, though, try the steak, which if you’re going to eat meat, is the way you want to eat meat - perfectly cooked and seasoned and served with root vegetables and mushrooms that symbiotically elevate the whole dish.

We went for Valentine's Day. It is a beautiful restaurant and the menu they had specifically for that night was extraordinary. I'm sure it was an experience we won't forget.

The best bruschetta I've ever had! The cheese plate was slightly disappointing, not much cheese, and not enough variety: the hard cheeses tasted too much alike. The beef cheek ravioli was spectacular! Our friend said her branzino was perfectly cooked.
Try the paper plane cocktail. Just the right balance, not too sweet, not too tart. Our friend the wine snob gave the wine list her approval.
We noticed a lot of people eating pizza. We plan to try it on our next visit.

Second time there, got a glass of Barolo, burrata salad, cacio e pepe arrancini and the pizza special. Amazing. Every last bit. Our new favorite neighborhood spot!!

We went for restaurant week and had the octopus and the meatballs for appetizers. For the main course, one of us had the excellent black truffle risotto, and the other one of us had the branzino. The fish was very good and perfectly cooked, but it really didn't need the all the toppings that it was served with. The shaved fennel was ok, but the raisins detracted rather than added to the dish.

Absolutely LOVE this place! The food is incredible! The staff is always friendly, it’s like they love their job and extremely good at it! You will not be disappointed! My favorites: the mussels, the octopus, ANY pizza!, bucatini and the carbonara!

Was visiting for the first time for restaurant week and every course was beautifully presented, excellent portions, and delicious to the last bite (and sip)! Was a wonderful first visit and I’ll certainly be back!

Overall, great experience. We will definitely be back. It was restaurant week, but we were there for the pizza. They had a Barolo on “special” - the wine was delicious, amazing even. The pour was skimpy, so we were a bit surprised when we got the bill...$25/ glass 😱...I just think the price point could have been disclosed. The arugula salad was a perfect mix of citrus, rich Parmesan and almonds. We shared a spicy soppressata pizza and our waiter gave us homemade chili oil, which was a great touch. The chocolate budina was a little over salty, which they agreed and was taken off our bill. Another patron had the same feedback so they gave it a try and concurred. I’ll definitely try it again as they think it was just a heavy hand with that batch...LOVE budina! Overall a 4/5, but suspect that’ll bump to 5/5 with the next visit...can’t wait to try that pasta!!!

The food was delicious, as were the cocktails. Our server provided recommendations for different palates/flavor profiles. Excellent experience, though louder than I prefer as there were a number of families with small children running around, crying or screaming.

I enjoyed my meal, but my husband was disappointed with his pork chop and also felt it was overpriced at $35. There was wilted radicchio and a few random figs and onions on his plate, which he did not feel made a $35 dish. The service was pretty good despite it being a Saturday night.

The restaurant and food are great, and the staff is even better. We ordered the specialty pizza and pastas which came from different kitchens, the pizza came out well before the pasta (which didn’t bother us) but the wine director was so kind and came over to apologize. They were super sweet and even sent over dessert. Such a great ambiance and the food was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!

Excellent! We were a party of 4 , so we ordered several items to share. Every single item knocked it out of the park!.....so fresh, so light with flavors that did not disappoint! We felt like we were eating a a home in Italy! Thank you for making such delicious food and providing such amazing service !!

Went here for New Year’s Eve, it was a prix fixe menu, everything was way too salty and/or rich, and the portion sizes were way off (large appetizer and pasta course, smaller entree = weird.) Too expensive too. Probably won’t return.
