We had small children with us and they do have a kids menu which is great. We did not like the early 80s music that stayed constant throughout the dinner. Overall a good email
Absolutely delicious with great service. Would highly recommend.
Great food, great service, great wine! Love the bartenders and servers!
1st time, we’ve been wanting to try Coco’s. Went for my husbands 60th Birthday. What a great find. Beautiful ambiance. Excellent staff they were very knowledgeable about the menu and bar options. We had crab cakes and cheese curds as appetizers. For dinner my daughter had salmon, my husband had scallops over mushroom risotto, I had the porterhouse steak. Chef Chris stopped at our table noticed my steak was medium instead of medium rare, offered to remake it. It was very good just more well done then I like. I told him it was fine. A couple minutes later the chef sent out another steak that was cooked perfect. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve had in a very long time. Creme Brûlée was also excellent. Chef Chris is a master and has a special touch for all the details. We will definitely be returning soon. Dying to try the lobster roll….. Thank you for a fantastic dinner to celebrate my husband.
Fabulous meal! Expect to pay for quality. I will be back.
Red Stag tenderloin was delicious! Crème Brulee was outstanding! Looking forward to trying other menu items on our next visit! Prices are on the higher side for the area, but quality was nice and worth the splurge. Our waitress Christy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great date night!
Delicious food! We will definitely be coming back soon!
We chose a Sunday evening as we felt it would be less crowded and more quiet for our wedding anniversary dinner, and we were right. They were fairly busy but not packed full. We were seated right away at the time of our reservation and were greeted by our server shortly thereafter.
Everything went very well; we got our drinks and meal in a timely fashion, and the food was simply delicious! Our server checked on us a few times (not too many), taking very good care of us.
Excellent meal with excellent service, its what we've come to expect and enjoy from Coco's and they delivered. Thank you.
Best steak in the Milwaukee/Madison area! You get what you pay for.
CoCo's pretends to be a high-end restaurant. Prices may be high-end but lacks quality, service and atmosphere. When we arrived, it was 15 minutes until we were greeted by our server. Service was slow and inattentive. Several times we had to ask for bread and water to be refilled. The bar is a prominent fixture in the restaurant making the atmosphere less appealing and loud. I ordered a steak pittsburgh style (which should be charred with rare center) I don't think it saw a grill at any point in it's cooking process. For the price, I expected a more flavorful steak cooked correctly. If they call themselves a steakhouse - they need to learn to cook steaks properly. My husband had several appetizers as his meal. The oysters were good. The soup he had been hoping for was the seafood bisque - which had been taken off the menu. He had the French Onion Soup instead which had a menthol taste to it. Overall, this was not a fine dining experience. It was our second visit, the first was better. I doubt we will return.
Lovely food, quiet for conversation and bonus sports on TV
Food and service was spot on. Will go back as soon as we can.
Great time - Great food - Great experience. Would recommend it.
Everything from start to finish was outstanding. Top notch place with great food and great service
Service was incredible as was the food! A wonderful experience, Coco’s is a great addition to Oconomowoc!
Great food and even better staff.
Very down to earth atmosphere. The food is top notch though. My wife had the red stag and I had the wagyu rib eye. The stag was delicious but the wagyu was next level. I have had wagyu before but nothing even close to this. The cocktails are also well crafted.
Anniversary dinner with my wife. Came here last year and it was a great experience. Was a little disappointed this year, however.
My fillet was very good, but my wife’s New York strip was tough and chewy. Our waiter did not ask how our food was.
Had it not been for that, I would have given 4/5 stars.
Food came quickly and was very tasty! Would definitely visit again!
We had an outstanding dinner here to celebrate our Anniversary last night.
Service from Katelyn was wonderful, pleasant, and she was spot-on for suggestions with menu items. The Lobster Bisque was a silky broth poured over tender lobster table side and sooo delicious! Each of our entrees, Scallops with exotic wild mushrooms risotto and Bison Ribeye were both winners. We capped off our dining experience with an incredible Tuxedo Creme Brûlée. This was our first time here and it will certainly not be the last, we’ve already set our next reservation!
We were so happy with our experience. All of the food was amazing! We are definitely going back!
There were 4 of us and there were only rave reviews by all. Grouper, snapper and salmon were amazing. Fillet was perfect as well. We will be back for sure. Staff and all service A1. We had a show to get to by 7:00 and had perfect timing with our dinner reservation at 5:00.
I got a free dessert for my birthday- that was awesome.
My beer cheese soup did not have either beer or cheese.
Lobster bisque disappointing. Salmon plain. Cocktails $15.00.
Not worth the high prices.
Everything was delicious and the service was excellent!
It was a pleasure having dinner at this restaurant. A very competent and genuinely friendly staff. Our server is among the best we have ever experienced. The food was delicious and served at the proper temperature. The lobster bisque is a must!
Menu and drink selection was excellent. Service was a little slow at the beginning, but quickly recovered.
Will go back next time in Oconomowoc!
Great for seafood. Haven't tried the steaks. Have loved the grouper, the salmon and the scallops. My friend had the tenderloin appetizer with a side and loved it. The word has gotten out. It was busy. We had a 6:15 reservation last night (a Tuesday), and it was virtually full when we got there. The decor is fresh and modern without being stark. Service is attentive without being intrusive. Very comfortable. Pricey but worth it.
The service was fabulous and the food was phenomenal. From the appetizer to the desert the food did not disappoint.
Really great experience all around! The food and service were fantastic.
‘Had lobster roll. Very authentic Maine lobster. Service was outstanding. ,Will definitely go back. Many steak options on menu. Good wine selection. Parking was no problem.
Great fine dinning experience. The food was outstanding and the service very friendly and professional. Hi recommend for a special night out.
A relaxing Friday night with family! Food was fantastic as always, wine was delicious, and Chef is making sure everything is delightful!
First time I’d ever been charged extra for stuffed blue cheese olives in a martini.
Celebrating a birthday. Our server was great, attentive. Started with appetizers. Cheese curds were excellent. Artichokes we’re good. Ordered 2 Oysters Rockefeller since it only came with 4 @ $17. They were tiny and smothered with raw greens. Not great at all. (Waste of money)
Steaks were great, but wouldn’t recommend Oscar style. The crab tasted fishy. Risotto side was great. Complimentary dessert. Overall, a nice experience. On the pricey side, but I’d go again.
The location of the table was not representative of the occasion we were celebrating. When asked what I was looking for I expected it unless contacted before the reservation to inform me it was unable to be provided.
The food was fine but the ambiance and table location ect. changed the mood for the entire night.
The experience at Coco's lived up to expectations. The food was exceptional and the restaurant atmosphere wonderful. We really enjoyed the decor and cozy but not crowded feel while dining. The only out of place item was the Easter-like wreath on the front of the hostess stand.
An easy drive from Milwaukee, this was our first visit and we look forward to returning. Service was attentive but never intrusive, food was excellent. It's a bit on the pricey side but definitely worthy of a celebratory meal.
