We're a Dayton Original, an independent restaurant where you can have your power lunch, a rehearsal dinner, a fun night, or a place to propose. You'll enjoy contemporary American food, always with amazing service, and reasonable prices for wine and spirits. Thank you Dayton - we love you as much as you love us.
Great food, delicious drinks and felt very safe.
This restaurant always pleases the palate.. The menu is a bit limited due to Covid Issues but still has enough choices.
I felt the wine was a bit overpriced but otherwise the menu prices were quite reasonable
Will go back.
Hadn’t been to CoCo’s in over a year and my return trip did not disappoint. Due to COVID the restaurant was less crowded than it should have been but that worked well for us. I was pleasantly surprised to see that in my absence the interior had been redone and significantly brightened up...it looked wonderful and welcoming. We were seated right away and quickly greeted by our server who turned out to be wonderful. Didn’t linger but was there when needed - smart and charming guy. The cocktails as always were on point. And the food was superb! I had the chicken sandwich and DAMNNN was it good. New rating: Coco’s, Popeyes, Chik Fil A. My partners meal was outstanding as well (the burger). And for just for good measure we ordered the chocolate cherry torte which blew us away. Go to Coco’s you so t regret it!
Amazing food and service. Our first time and we will be back!
Four of us in our reservation. Three had excellent meals. One had chicken and said it was dry but still enjoyed it for the most part. Every other aspect of visit was wonderful as always.
Everyday dining is always a special occasion on Coco’s pretty patio!
We made reservations for the patio and it was wonderful. They had heaters to keep it comfortable. The food was good, get the fried Brie!
Amazing experience for my birthday, wonderful courteous staff following safety procedures, food was amazing
Pretty disappointed with the meal overall. The Bistro burger was extremely salty and the Bouillabaisse was bland. So both of our entrees were on opposite ends of not being seasoned well. Not sure how this place justifies its high price point with food like that.
Coco’s patio is one of my favorite restaurants to have a business lunch but it’s also a perfect place to meet friends. You know the food is going to excellent and the menu has a wide array of entrees to please everyone. The noise level is low enough to carry on a conversation but with the distancing of tables knowing you won’t be overheard.
Fabulous dining room. Lovely place for any occasion.
Delicious wonderful anniversary dinner the blackberry fritters were the bomb
Great food great service!
We enjoyed excellent food and superlative service in a beautiful space. Great place! Would be a standout in NYC, San Fran, New Orleans or my hometown, ATL. Outstanding. Highly recommended.
We had excellent service that let us casually enjoy the evening. Not rushed but attentive.
Coco’s Bistro is the best. Great service and great food. They never disappoint us. Keep doing what you’re doing.
Great meal as always!
Wonderful dinner, wonderful waiter. We love to dine here when we’re in town.
Great food, great service and great patio -who could ask for more?!!!
I had their grilled shrimp salad which is the Best! And my friend had the tomato soup and grilled cheese - what a perfect fall combo!
Drinks were EXCELLENT, ambience and vibe were cool, food was sub-par and so was the service.
Salmon and fries - horrible entree..nothing upscale about it and it was $27😳. My husbands flank steak was very tough, too. We waited almost an hour for our entree and had to ask for refills on water. Our drinks from the bar were never refilled, or asked if we wanted another one. Menu right now is very limited and very few good choices. Our salad was minuscule and was $5! It fit on a saucer. We will not be back.
Had a reservation. We sat at our table for 2 hours and never got our dinner. We finally left without having eaten. I understand off nights but they did not communicate or handle the situation well.
Great seating on the patio.
Excellent service and delicious food.
Anthony was great! Food and patio were perfect!
It was nice to see that Coco’s was busy, lively but respecting the distance between tables. Their menu is now more limited but everything was very good
Anniversary celebration during the pandemic, eat out on the patio, everyone was following safety protocols, staff was attentive. Food was excellent, good presentation, didn’t feel rushed. First dining out in 6 months but have done carry out. Have eaten at Cocos in the past and have had good experiences.
Good food, nice atmosphere. Slow pace for a Saturday night.
Great date place. Terrific food. Very nice porch. The owners seem like nice people.
It was a great evening. The large doors were open, which was very nice. Just a cool breeze blowing thru the restaurant. The service was great. She didn't rush us after the meal. The food was amazing.
It was very nice to be eating out, and feeling very safe doing so.
I live in Fl and anytime I come home to visit I try to make it here to eat or just drink! The Vibe is very relaxed and the food is good!
But, I came here for my bday and it was duly noted in the reservation but no pleasantries were offered at arrival nor once seated! Now, I have had dinner at Nobu in Vegas 2days after my bday and received many pleasantries and a fabulous desert. This was a 1st at any restaurant I've ever been too. I wasn't mad just disappointed that I flew from FL to enjoy a Special meal with a friend and the restaurant couldn't be bothered to celebrate their guest! You deserve a good review based off the food, drinks, and some servers but that is all! Love love
We made a reservation for 4, Sat 22 August 20.When we arrived with our children,(that go to nice restaurants all the time, that are extremely well acquainted with high expectations of the norms at finer dining, and been going with us to them since they were 12 months old.)we were seated in a place with high traffic(COVID 6ft rule need not apply for us at this table)that was the most undesirable in the whole restaurant, while there was plenty of seating that had much less traffic. Ok, no big deal. When our waitress came it seemed as if she were annoyed that she had kids at a table, which is another reason we could have been placed in the walkway, kids. We ordered drinks which took forever to get (2 lemonade, coke, glass of wine). Then we ordered, and when we did one of our children changed his mind while we were ordering, and you would have thought we slapped this waitresses mom, she replied with a (sic) “should I just come back” literally after only 10 secs, maybe she was intoxicated in some way?Anyway, our app was great (the Brie), she forgot my wife’s Caesar salad, not a deal breaker, but more of a bummer. Then I had a coke that she filled with 3/4 ice, that I finished, she walked by it 7 times empty, absolutely ridiculous, I eventually asked, with another look that it looked like I asked her to bring me iceberg water. Then it took forever, I mean, forever, it was an hr and 15 minutes after we ordered, when I looked, and three tables sat after us had already received their meals, before I asked about ours. Our food came out looking like it sat under a heat lamp for an hr, the tortellini which is what my wife had (one of the most expensive entrees on the menu) came with some watery sauce, with no flavor inside the shells. If I wanted frozen tortellini I would have went to Kroger. Then my burger, which I ordered because I ordered because I figured an $18 burger would be delicious and original, was well past well done. check rest of review on yelp! Run from this place.
I cannot overstate how good Coco’s is. The food is outstanding in every conceivable way. Service is exceptional, with excellent pacing of dinner. The space is cool, quiet and elegant. I live in Atlanta and eat out regularly in NYC and New Orleans (back when that was normal) and Coco’s would be a standout in any of those towns. Highly recommended.
Clean! All staff were knowledgeable of the menu and didn’t mind questions. They’re descriptions of the food just wanted me to try almost everything! I will because the decor and ambiance were wonderful. Perfect socially distant. Liked that it had social justice organizations/causes on the menu. Food was AMAZING best salmon I’ve ever had! Enjoyed the upscale atmosphere but I felt welcome in my after yoga post workout attire. I will be a customer for life. Great first experience.
Tonight's dining was very pleasant. Our server, Tyler, was terrific. The food was excellent. Dessert was even better. The atmosphere was quiet. Still not many people out. Too bad for them. This was really good.
The food was fantastic and beautiful. Service was exactly as required- not overwhelming and not neglected. We had requested a private room but the table in the dining room worked fine.
Service was nice..but food was just ok
My seafood soup was a désappointement 2 shrimps, inside the 2 mussels was dry, not a lot of fish and it was thick xsoup like the end of the pan...for the price too
But the rest of our guest liked there meal...
Just me ..I heard so much of that restaurant , the decor and everything else was fine
Good food and service
Food was very good. I got the seafood stew special that was tasty however a very small portion. Very little broth, 3 tiny mussels and 2 or 3 shrimp. For $26, I expected enough to fill me up. I rarely finish a meal and go away hungry. Thank goodness for the free bread. Husband had the not so deep dish pizza. Also good but not really deep dish. Cocktails, salads and service were excellent. I will come back just for the Caesar salad
