Very nice restaurant. I often take out of town guests here. Local, nice atmosphere, and I've always had a good experience. Menu is a little limited for main dishes, but with sandwiches, pizza, big entree salads there is a good variety.
Seated us at the time requested. Waiter service was excellent. Food was very good but portion size was a little on the small side. Some folks might consider the menu a little over-priced for what you got.
I went online to preselect from the menu only to discover that the online information had not been reviewed in 3 years! I therefor had to select from the menu provided at the Bistro.
This place is amazing! I would recommend the rainbow trout and everything else on the menu! The service is impeccable!
Service was excellent. Glad we made a reservation with all the Christmas parties going on. Our waiter was friendly, outgoing and a great conversationalist. Had good recommendations for drink and food. Our food was hot and served in a timely manner. The Hummus appetizer was outstanding, had never had it with the chili seeds and honey before, could have had another plate. The Red Trout was excellent with it’s accompanying pancake. Everyone enjoyed their dinners: pasta, Pho, and Shrimp dish.
Our first time, it had been recommended by several workmates. They were right on the spot, Wonderful evening!
WE had a delicious dinner and a wonderful waiter. Our server was very attentive and ready for whatever we needed.
I am always a big fan of Coco's and enjoy their ambiance and food preparation. Pork chop was very tasty. My friend ordered the white pizza and it too was excellent. One disappointment, I wish their infamous grilled cheese & tomato soup would be available for an evening meal option.
Good food served in a welcoming setting with fantastic service, couldn’t ask for more.
Food was excellent! I had the sword fish special & it was the best I have ever had.
Fun night with friends. Seated right away. Service was great. Food was yummy. We enjoy eating at Coco's . Staff is friendly and do a good job. We will be back.
Favorite place to go on a date night.
Bad waiter. Unfortunately. Meant well, but...
We found this gem of a restaurant at the last minute and were really excited. Food and service was great! Loved the steak salad, appetizers, and ambiance. Will definitely come back.
The "gourmet" grilled cheese sandwhich with tomato bisque is downright yummy.
Ashley, our server, was attentive but not intrusive.
The fried spinach is to die for.
And, the fragrance of the blueberry tea was intoxicating.
We enjoy having our business meetings in the private room. We get great food, little interference from the servers, and great time to talk about problems needing to be solved, or celebrating successes.
Out of town relatives came into town to celebrate Mom's 92 nd birthday. Our waiter was extremely attentive. The menu choices were varied and everyone enjoyed their selections. It was a cool space and tables were well spaced. Our table was waiting for us. We all agreed a return visit will happen.
Not our first visit and won’t be our last. The food and service are always great
Friday night dinner with friends. ..promptly seated upon arrival.. we each tried a different cocktail and all were winners.. as were the entrees.. duck / red trout / lemon sole.. we even shared some desserts.. 4 drinks + 4 dinners +1 bottle of wine + 2 desserts + tip = $225.
This is a great restaurant just minutes from downtown. The lemon sole was wonderful and the chicken marsala delicious. The lemon tart was the crowning touch. Highly recommended!
It took little bit longer before waiting staff came to the table but once he arrived he provided great friendly service.
Thursday is 1/2 price Wine by bottle, had pasta and eggplant wheels with Earthquake Zin.
Dinner before the show at the Schuster Center. Reservation was for 6 and we had plenty of time to make the show.
Excellent service, good wine selection and very nice meal. Coco's has become part of our theater nitte plans.
Thad is a wonderful server! He made our dining experience extra special. And also, in particular I appreciated the expertly mixed "mocktail."
I found my meal to be okay--but just okay. The sauce for the chicken marsala was uninspired and bland. The salad was basically one type of greens, shredded carrots, and dressing. I did like the Old Fashioned cocktail, and the fresh, warm bread. This was my first time dining there, and based on the reputation, I expected a better meal and more inspired taste and presentation, especially at $30 or so a plate.
THE BEST place for lunch in Dayton! Love the menu....love the service.....love the whole thing!
We always have a great meal when we are at Coco's. It's our #1 restaurant in Dayton.
Food was extremely tasty and well prepared, but issues in the kitchen had us waiting FOREVER for both our appetizers and entress--so much so that the apologetic waiter comped our app and a glass of wine in hopes that we'd give them another try. Food prices are a bit on the high end for what you do ultimately receive, but the quality supercedes the quantity. Go for a great meal that leaves you satisfied but not over stuffed. We will try again (if I can convince my spouse!)
The server was friendly and helpful. My wife has an olive allergy. The server talked with the chef to make sure her food selection did not contain olive oil.
There was a terrible fly problem and we asked the server why there were so many flies and his reply was that there were tons of flies in the restaurant and he didn't know why. Food was good. Short ribs were amazing!
My husband and I went to Coco’s for dinner, an easy reservation made on my favorite App (Open Table, of course!) We celebrated our five years of marriage over a bottle of good wine and food that was phenomenal. Moreover, a very kind and very attractive server (Adam) was always at our table at the right moment, was so incredibly sweet and had a real interest in making our night so special. He even comp’d our dessert in honor of our anniversary. Overall, this was a prototypical fine dining experience and a perfect evening for us. Thank you so very much!
Lamb chop special (both my friend and I had this entree) was WONDERFUL!!
Thank you to Jess for great service, as well.
One of the best restaurants in Dayton that I have been to. The bread and butter were fantastic and I could not stop eating it. Service was very friendly and it was really nice to be able to make reservations online. Food came out quick and was so delicious. A bit pricey but well worth the money. Came to celebrate an anniversary and we both left very satisfied.
The food is always delicious! The filet was amazing tonight!
Homecoming night was beautiful because of Coco's
Always the place for good food and good atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly which makes the place even better and top rated.
waiter not attentive , did not check on us and had hard time getting his attention to get check !
Best restaurant in Dayton! Consistently excellent food and attentive service. Love the new art on the walls!
All around, very enjoyable.
The pork was thick, juicy, full of flavor with each bite, a bit embarrassed that I ate the whole piece, it was big!
Go and enjoy!
