The owners Gabriella Curry the Italian-Bahamian interior designer, alongside Cecile Cathelin the French chef, have poured their hearts into the renovation of the restaurant in order to create a warm, energetic and welcoming place for friends to meet up.
Cocoplum offers a French and Mediterranean cuisine with an island twist taking advantage of all local fresh products. The menu was created by Cecile who was inspired by her childhood memories, her travels, her origins and most importantly her passion!

It should not have been available on OpenTable if the property was closed for two weeks!? How do you book and confirm a reservation on a closed property!? How am I supposed to trust you going forward? $80 in cab fares for this debacle and a terrible wedding anniversary experience. Thanks for nothing!

We just love Cocoplum! The ambiance and decor are island/tropical chic in a casual elegant way (great rattan, fabrics, wallpaper, table decor, etc.!) The food and service are great as well! We went for my husband's birthday and they gave a true Bahamian "happy birthday" dessert delivery complete with a sparkler and several waiters singing. Cocoplum is a true gem. We wish more restaurants and stores would open up in the little commercial cluster where it is.
Cocoplum is a real paradise in Nassau the food is amazing and the chef is very talented! The place is beautiful and they have an amazing selections of drinks.
If your looking for the best food in Nassau you just found it.

Chef Cecile and her staff are so welcoming. Every detail from the beautifully set tables to the fresh and delicious menu is chosen with love and joy. Highly recommended.

Adorable ambiance at this hidden gem. Gorgeous large-scale wallpaper and rattan mirrors in the interior dining room. Pleasant covered dining patio in back with island style outside bar. Old time films projected onto outdoor wall. Food a bit pricey for what it is, but well-presented. Avocado salad with zucchini pasta was light and artful. Chicken and veal entrees were generous portions. Server was attentive and charming. Will be back!

Expected more refined cuisine.
I visited on business at the end of April and again early June with my wife. In April the food was wonderful. There was a definite downturn by June.
I told my wife before our dinner “the menu is limited but the quality is very good”. The menu seems the same, a bit over-fancy and limited but the quality is down. I had exactly the same meal and it came very differently.
We may have been very unlucky but we won’t return. There are several restaurants of better quality in this price range.
We enjoyed the outdoor patio dining very much. The fans kept a cool breeze and the lush garden enhanced the ambiance even more. The calamari was delicious as was the beef Wellington!! Everything in the Bahamas is pricey but this quaint bistro was worth it!! Homemade ice cream made it even better!!

My date and I had a great experience at cocoplum bistro. The food was amazing as well as the service. The Chef paid us a special visit after the meal. She was very personable and a delight to speak with. We will definitely be back!

Spent one day in Nassau off a cruise. Rented a car and made our way to Cocoplum to avoid the touristy spots in town. My husband and daughter were delighted with my decision. The decor is so beautiful!! We sat outside amongst the garden and cool vibe. Service was professional and welcoming. Food was fantastic. The manager was attentive and very friendly. I didn't want to leave.

Coco plum never fails however the reservation made on OpenTable was not received by them so I go there and they had no record of a reservation even though I showed her the email confirmation and my app
The food was delicious and fresh. I loved it and will return. I was thrilled to see Chablis by the glass, too.

This was my second visit to Cocoplum and it was even better than the first. Our food was outstanding as we had a couple of appetizers and a variety of entrees with our party. We ate outside for the first time and loved the vibe of the patio which was playing a Casablanca video that seemed perfect to set the atmosphere. My only ambience complaint was that like most Bahamian restaurants smoking is allowed which if your not a smoker does not add to you experience. One item that made the night even better was the excellent service from our waiter Hansel who provided one of the best Caribbean service experiences we have had in the islands. We will definitely go back

Wanted to try a new place in Nassau and was pleasantly surprised! Solid addition to the dining options in Nassau.
This is a new restaurant in the western end of the island. Excellent service and really interesting menu. Food was excellent. Had steak tartare which was first class. Definitely going to be one of my favourite places.
An elegant location with a super chef: good choice of cocktails, menu and wine and a very dedicated service from the moment you park to the moment you leave.
