Cocktail Kitchen was created from 2 of our favorite things in Barbados: Food & you guessed it - RUM !

At Cocktail Kitchen, as they say.. there ain’t no food more full of flava’ & no rum sweeta’! Put the two together and you get the ultimate casual dining experience, with our own unique, modern CK twists here & there of course.

**Rooftop dining is available on a first come, first serve basis. Though we will try our best to accommodate your request, please note it can only be confirmed on arrival at the restaurant

I am here to say that the food and drinks at Cocktail kitchen were amazing , I hadn’t been in years but I was blown away by my fish tacos and my shrimp pasta. Shout out to Amanda for exceptional service and making us feel welcomed.

Cocktail Kitchen is our favorite restaurant on the island bar none. We eat here every visit and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Celebrity Chef, Damian Leach, can always be counted on to take a break from the kitchen to chat with his customers. Love this place.

I was craving breadfruit since being here, and as I saw this restaurant on a uk cooking programme, just had to come and try it. Roast breadfruit with lobster and salt fish - amazing , maybe a little more sauce , but it ticked every box for me .

Overall not bad. Compared to other places in the immediate area (Primo and Tabú) I was not as overwhelmed here. It was Friday night and it was busy but service was a little slow. I also felt slightly overpriced for things (like the Breadfruit nachos) Also som things varied slightly from the menu description. I would go back but maybe not as my first choice.

I had the steak 🥩 and fries which was mediocre. This place was nothing exciting to rave about the staff was bland but nice. The drink i had was watered down i wouldn’t go eat there again tho.

Loved the food! We ordered the Flying Fish Tacos (2 tacos come out, each w 2 fish fillets), the Root Poke Bowl, and the coconut and ginger crusted fish(Today's was the Snapper). My first time eating fried flying fish and they were delish-soft inside and crunchy outside! Our main dish-the snapper- had some flavorful curry broth and sweet potato puree and our server was kind to split it into two bowls for us without us asking. The poke bowl was also tasty with lots of beets and sesame rice-yum~ Our reservation was originally at 5:30pm but we ended up going at 5pm, and they were very accommodating. 5-6pm was their $10 happy hour and we took advantage of that! I had to drink rum in Barbados and their Passion fruit mojito was just right for me. We sat at the rooftop area with a nice sunset view. My husband was worried that it would be hot but it wasn't too bad. However, he started getting bit by mosquitoes (?) after sunset so maybe some insect repellent candles might be nice there. Chef Damian passed by our table but we didn't get to say hi 😞 if he had some time, it would have been nice to be greeted by the chef... It was our 25th anniversary celebration after all.. However, they did give us a complimentary ice cream with a pretty happy Anniversary message on the plate🥰 All in all, amazing dinner and ambience. I would definitely go again!

Delicious food! Loved the breadfruit nachos! Ron our wait person was excellent: personable and and efficient. Only drawback...too noisy and could improve on ambiance.
