Cockscomb restaurant offers unique menu items created by Chef Chris Cosentino. It features an oyster bar as well as a wood-fired oven to impart unique flavor to the food. Start off the evening with a grilled cheese with duck egg and honey, or beef heart tartare with grilled bread and greens. Move on to oysters and clams with daily selections that are displayed on the chalkboard. Cockscomb brings you an unforgettable menu with items such as zampini, which is pork and fennel sausage, fried oysters and smoked oyster remoulade, and roasted milk-fed chicken complete with asparagus, potatoes and lemon. The spaghettini cured Sardinian tuna heart and egg yolk is another dish that will make your taste buds remember it. End the meal with some sugar snap peas with mint and horseradish.
