Great food and customer service. We really enjoyed our evening here. The staff were really friendly and fast with delivering the drinks and food.

The steak was over cooked The mushroom sauce was more mushroom then the actual sauce And the eggs were very much over cooked

Great simple food which arrives at your table in a timely manner. Robots were novel. Senior meal option was fantastic value.

Extremely disappointing experience. We walked into a large group of people complaining about their meals and time it took to get them. We arrived at 7.30pm and took over 1 hour to have our starters and meals brought out. There was only 5 other tables in the restaurant. Our meals had missed the sides We ordered. Steak was extremely over cooked, chicken Alexandra was so dry it was crumbling like powder. So dry it was unable to be eaten. The group before us paying also complained about their meals being cold and taken so long. Very disappointing as we are from out of town and always look forward to coming to cobb and co as apart of our rotorua experience and unfortunately due to last night we won't be returning.

Service was great , a bit chaotic with kids running around , kai was good but not great over , was a bit pricey for meals overall not bad it’s a good spot in Rotorua

We visited for a family birthday with 12 people, aged 71 - 10 so was a good spot that catered to most of us. Lots of variety on the menu which was nice and food was presented well. On this night they appeared really understaffed so we went 20 minutes without being attended to and parts of our order was missed and so we didn't eat at the same time. The staff that were on didn't appear to have clear roles so were all over the place which I think was the issue the missing items. It looked at one time that the kitchen Crew were taking the payments. I felt for the Crew.They were working so hard but it wasn't seem less and made an impact on the dinning experience. The kids loved the puddings and fancy drinks and being able to plays games while waiting for their food. We enjoyed our time together.

Overall experience was okay. Food was REALLY slow to come out - especially with 7 hungry kids for a birthday - when the food did arrive it was good and as you would expect. The cobb crunchies didn't taste fresh. The staff was lacking in general service but where friendly and helpful when asked - the young guy who did serve us - had a good personality and was helpful - just lacked service knowledge ie: handing plates of food to young kids to pass to the next kid, rather than walking around and putting it on the table himself. He just needs a little more service training and you will have a great employee! The young girl who took over from the guy was a bit clueless even though we heard the guy hand over to her but she didnt seem interested and looked like she was brushing his handover off. She should maybe listen next time as it clearly showed she hadnt listened! She was however polite. Asked if we wanted the birthday cake, but kids hadn't had dessert yet and when cake came out not enough plates or spoons for the number of people on the table, had to ask for more - just little things like that. Definitely not the cobb n co I have experienced previously. I think they lacked a supervisor? It did also feel like there was a friend of someone who worked there - had a large table of people - when i went to ask for carriage carton for one of the kids, a staff was busy talking with this friend sorting out that tables bill - but it seemed weird as the friend was behind the cashiers desk so assumed she worked there?. It didn't look good either way and kind of felt our table got put on the way side as others got their food before us, although arrived after us. But asides from that family friendly so would come again but will be prepared to wait.
