   Great atmosphere in a really nice restaurant. Awesome service and yummy food. Service robots an added bonus. Staff went above and beyond

   This is our 3rd time going to the Papanui branch,Love it there.And Rohan is just the best.

   We made a request related to seating and restaurant location and it was met perfectly. One could not fault the service which was friendly, attentive and carried out extremely well. We were both very pleased with our orders, both food and drink, and we will definitely be returning. Well done to all. :)

   Had a very nice evening, fir my daughters bday , the service was great and our hostess Zohe was very good. Looked after our table consistently, and checking if we needed anything, and letting us know when meals were due. Was certainly impressed with the bday wishes from R2D2, and the bday treat, so thankz very much . Would certainly recommend Cobb an Co to others , as it was a very enjoyable night. Thanks

   Food was great, staff were friendly but you were horrendously understaffed. We had a booking at 6:15pm yesterday and we got there in time and we didn't get our meals until 8:00. That is quite ridiculous especially for a birthday dinner. We also struggled to get served after he provided us drinks. The tables were all full of dirty plates and it didn't seem like anyone was cleaning them up. I'm usually positive in reviews but I felt this one needed to be reported to you as this was my first time in Cobb and Co. I liked the menu but that wait was something else and has put a dampner on the night.

   Wonderful wait staff very friendly Rohan was very helpful and nothing was a problem, food was fantastic will go again when staying in Christchurch

   Serving was not big enough and food was average. On the other hand, the ambience is good and they have friendly staff.

    Our experience at Cobb & Co was mixed. The atmosphere was very loud, and service was slow. There were multiple instances of miscommunication among staff, leading to double-ups with waiters taking our orders and even an extra entrée being brought to the table. The baked Camembert entrée was inedible, but fortunately, the main meals were delicious and made up for it. While the staff were friendly, they seemed disorganised, with no clear understanding of who was responsible for our table—at times, we were left waiting, and at other times, we were served twice.
