    The food at Coast 236 is consistently good and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The wine selection is ample but the menu could be more diverse.

    Excellent experience for a special birthday celebration. Only slight down grade was our two fish dishes were over cooked but tasted great. Other two dishes were sublime. Service was great and atmosphere was wonderful. Thanks for such a special evening.

    If you are looking for a top shelf dining experience in West Michigan, Coast 236 is the right choice. The food, service, and atmosphere are phenomenal. My wife and I both had the six course tasting menu. Everything the chef prepared was somehow the best we've had in a long long time. This place is in a league of it's own in West Michigan.

    My husband and I have been dining at Coast 236 for the last 4 years to enjoy a romantic evening out. Every single dinner we’ve had has been exceptional! From the atmosphere to the detailed service, it’s a wonderful experience. I should add that the BEST part is the team have gone above and beyond to create delicious plant based meals without hesitation for us. It can be challenging at times to find vegan options but that’s definitely not the case here. The chef has even been so kind to create his own specialty appetizers for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. Well done and 5 stars🎉

    Our visit at Coast was exceptional with the restaurant’s ambience, variety of well drinks, table service, delectable tastings, and scrumptious deserts. We highly recommend Coast 236 for a celebration, a dinner party, or a romantic evening out. Chef Rick and Staff are genuine in welcoming their guests as they strive to create a fine dining experience for them. We have seen this time and time again.

    Over almost a week in Saugatuck, this was undoubtedly the finest dining we experienced. The tasting menus looked delicious, but we went for à la carte. And the wine to accompany the meal was equally appropriate and excellent. Service portions, ideal. Truly high-quality cuisine and ambience. Equally excellent was the service provided by Teagan. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable regarding the menu. Attentive but unobtrusive. We will definitely plan to return.
