We attended Brunch, the vibe was great. The music was a bit loud for inside but nonetheless, the DJ kept a nice mix of old school vibes and new school. The food was delicious, accurate and flavorful. They ran out of biscuits, which was a bummer because I really wanted to try it. I had the catfish and grits, it was fried to perfection. My wife had the Seafood Sampler with cheese grits and greens. My wife especially loved the lemon drop tower. We look forward to attending again.

You will not be disappointed! The food was amazing! It was date night and we went early for Happy Hour around 5pm on a Friday night. Parking is not great. It was not busy so a reservation was not necessary. The venue has limited space so be mindful, we like to go places during non peak hours. It was not busy but the service was very slow. (But the food was so good) I saw the review Darius Cooks did and he loved the Honey Butter Biscuit, so I had to try it. AMAZING. I wish I got a picture of just the biscuit as an appetizer. (Chefs kiss) I had the stuffed chicken breast, so yummy. Look if you don’t like garlic do not order it. I love garlic and it was sooooooo delicious. It was made with fresh garlic and I enjoyed it all. It was fresh, hot and juicy. The garlic green beans; (chefs kiss) soooo good. My hubby had the 3 Piece Southern Chicken meal, with a sample of Mac n cheese, collard greens, & sweet potato mash. He loved every bite. He said everything was seasoned and just delicious. The drinks were good, I love a spirit forward drink like the Smooth Criminal aka the Old Fashioned. If you love good RnB music, delicious drinks and well seasoned food, please check this place out.

The only complaint I have is there’s not enough parking. My girlfriend had to leave because she couldn’t find a place to park.

This place is a Gem! Me and my girlfriends really enjoyed ourselves this past Sunday for Brunch and will return soon! The DJ is an asset music was on point. Mixed aged group and our waitress was really cool.

The brunch was excellent the food was good. The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly she did an exceptional job. (kudos) to her as I do not remember her name. The owner has the place nicely decorated inside and out. The only thing that I would say is a problem is parking it’s really limited and tight around the restaurant itself other than that your restaurant gets a 100%. Our waitress whom name I don’t remember 100%. Also another waitress I had before Loretta she is also knowledgeable and knows her job she is professional and courteous. 100%

The food was AMAZING! Everything I had was delicious. The prices were comparable to all of the "New" up and coming restaurants now days, but one (1) biscuit was $5!!!!! 😕 Our waitress was AMAZING as well and the Chef actually came out to the table to say Hello and to see how we liked the food. I would definitely recommend this place IF you can get in & once you're there, IF you can find parking.

Coasis was amazing! The food was delicious, hot and had nice portions. The music was a total addition to the atmosphere. It was reasonably priced. Ask for Vanessa to serve you! She was courteous, friendly and very attentive. Her recommendations were on point. Make sure you order the biscuits!!! They were to die for and melt in your mouth!!!!! The cocktails were awesome as well. I give it a 5 out of 5!

Overall it was ok, we ordered the honey hot chicken, waffles, greens, yams, macaroni and cheese, and biscuits. The biscuits were good, greens tasted like sugar was in, the waffles were crispy and I like a side waffle. The honey hot chicken was the best but the food was warm not hot so that took away from a better rating considering we had to wait over an hour to get our food. The server we had was good nothing bad to say about the server. We had mimosas that was $15.. over priced but I’ll give it another chance

Reserved Coasis for today with my Ladies and we definitely had a good time, music wasn't loud, the place air temperature was good. We had a good server by the name of Vanessa, she was such a doll, she was friendly, she was very into her customers but also making sure everything was OK with us. I had Seafood Omlete, Cheese Grits, Potato Home Fries, & Remember The Time Cocktail in the Blueberry.. My Crew will definitely returning back.

My friend had a reservation for my birthday on 11/11...we ordered the Shrimp and Grits, Gouda Mac n Cheese, Brussels, Collard Greens, and the Honey Butter Biscuit. THEY WERE ALL AMAZING. I also ordered the Cajun Fried chicken, the wings were small, could have used a little more seasoning since they are served with no dipping sauce but overall, they were good. It was busy and a little wait on the food but when it arrived, it WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT. Will be returning for sure!!!!!!!!

Our waitress Vanessa was amazing!!! She made our experience very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable of the menu items and made very good recommendations when asked. My husband had the lamb chops and greens which he thought were outstanding! My sister had the salmon and crab fried rice which was very flavorful and delicious. My brother-in-law and both I had the southern chicken. The food was hot and fresh and very good! We’ll definitely be back for brunch!

Me and my friends had 2:00 reservation and we didn’t get seated until 2:45. We waited 2 hours for our food when we received the food one of my friends had a big piece of plastic from the lining of the tray in her grits. The grits had no flavor at all. We also got the lemon drop drink tower and the drinks were not good at all except for the crack kills drink. The only good thing that we call had was the seafood omelet with the fried lobster. Our waitress said she had to make our drink because the bar was taking too long. We were also told that the chef was out of town like that made it better. I would not recommend this restaurant unless the chef is in town it seems like.

1st time coming food was amazing the music vibe was great with the live dj. The only thing that was a challenge was parking which was limited. The overall experience great will be back enjoyed the brunch now would like to try the dinner vibe.

I have visited this establishment a few times and each time the food has been delicious and flavorful. The service is friendly and attentive. Vanessa is the best server. I went to brunch for the first time and again the food was delicious. However, the live DJ’s preference of music was not suitable for the young kids that were in attendance. My teenage daughter was even uncomfortable with some of the music vulgarities. It’s a fun family environment. I would hope the music selection is better next time.

The food was great except we had to wait over 50 minutes . Our server was princess and she was lovely, she was sweet, and she really overall tried her best , except she didn’t really check on us all that often . We chalked that up to there was a lot of people there so we understood she was having to tend to other tables . The music and deejay were great and the drinks were amazing

I was a little hesitant about making reservations because of the mixed reviews but I’m happy I didn’t let that deter me. We had a party size of 14 and although there was a bit of miscommunication with our reservation the owner/manager was awesome and was still able to accommodate our party. Our waitress was professional and catered to our needs. Our food was amazing and the atmosphere was great! We will definitely be back.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This place has been on my radar since I heard the Chef from Three Generations Food Truck opened a brick & mortar location. I planned to kick off my birthday weekend here and what a great decision it was! The ambiance,throw back R&B jams, tasty cocktails, and banging appetizers (those oysters and stuffed shimp thoooo) kept us held over while we waited for dinner. Our server, Addie, was super kind and very attentive even though she was comandeering a bumpin patio of large parties. One of the owners herself checked on us repeatedly and even kept my henny and pineapple full! LOL Now let's get into the main course! Because my friends love their birthday girl I got a bite of everything and let me tell you there was nothing on that table that wasn't straight fire! Snapper & okra was perfectly fried and flavorful, the fried chicken was quite possibly some of the very best we've ever had, collard greens were to die for, and the stuffed chicken was equally amazing. I will absolutley recommend this place to any and everyone! Keep up the outstanding work and PLEASE being me a St. Pete location ASAP!

I understand that they were shortstaffed, but there was only one waitress to serve inside and out, and I frequently had to go inside to make request for my table. The waitress was very nice and cordial, but I was disappointed when both me and my daughter ordered chicken and waffles. Both of our waffles came out with the iron pieces from the waffle maker on them. The food without extra particles on them or quite good perhaps if I go back in the future, I will have a better experience.

Nice location however not for large parties . I had a reservation, and had to wait 45 min due to no seating . The food was excellent , but high volume in guest caused 45 min wait on food after waiting 45 min for seating .

Had reservation, was seated on time, was 6 of us, waited over an hour for our food & 4 ordered thr same thing, 2 ordered the same, we started to leave but we wanted that food, we knew it would be good & they didnt disappoint!! Was told bcuz there was another party ahead of is why it took so long for our food. So we're like you only have 1 cook? Because I've never known a restaurant couldn't cook for more than 1 party at a time, hope this restaurant makes it but the food was delicious I must say. They really need to work on a timely manner for multiple parties at a time.

For you to automatically include gratuity in the bill the service need to be on point. The last couple of times that was not the case. A few months ago our waitress constantly disappeared on us. Also, to automatically include gratuity, the server/waitress should lead with that. Because the first time I added gratuity not knowing until I got bill online that it was already included. This last time we sat for a while before even getting service. Then the waitress offered no apologies for the wait and then because she apparently knew the people at the table next to us, she proceeded to wait on them first until I said something to her about it. She proceeded to answer their questions and go over the menu. At some point she should have put them on hold when we had already be waiting for a long period of time. THE SERVICE SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY ISSUE EVERY TIME.

Bump the bad reviews and try it for yourself! I booked a table for 4 and we had a Ball at Brunch! You could smell how delicious the food was from outside the restaurant. The vibes, decor, and service were great. Me and my girls are looking forward to our next visit!
