Clubhouse at Reunion Resort
Lightly staffed. Food was very good. Great outdoor patio seating.
the food was good, our party all ordered the cobb salad and each of us ordered it with a special twist - so kudos for the kitchen on getting all 4 of the same thing right. The ambiance was ok. they really need to cut down the bushes so you can see the golf course - isn't that the point!!! It really wasn't that busy for a golf club house for a Saturday. Kudos for the chef, manager and server for all being very attentive. Felt like they were trying to improve the reviews .
The restaurant had 1 person eating and we had to wait at the front door to be seated until 2 servers finished their chat. When they finally finished, they tried to seat us at a table closest to the door. All the tables were open, however, she wanted to seat us where it was easy for her. We had to finally ask someone to find our server to take our order. Just a horrible service experience. When our food did come, it was good. Nothing outstanding. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from, and when something like this happens, it's easy to just avoid. We should've known when only 1 person was eating in the restaurant, to just walk away.
This was taco Tuesday and the food was wonderful. The only recommendation I could make would be to have additional wait staff. They were very busy and we had to wait even though we had a reservation. There were empty tables when we arrived but they had not been cleared yet so it was evident that the problem was just not enough staff to handle the crowd.
Had a 545 res Got there at 535. It was closed at 5pm
We booked a table but the restaurant was closed.
Service was very slow. Waited for the food a very long time. The Cappuccino coffee was not well prepared. Restaurant was NOT busy at the time of our visit. 12/31/2018 - 10:00 AM EST.
Had soup spilled in my lap. My wife ordered a turkey club and should have had avocado, bacon, tomato on it. Had turkey and lettuce only. I ordered a bowl oh chili and was brought a cup. Wife ordered a cup of vegetable beef and brought her a bowl.
This restaurant had good food but really poor service. It took a very long time once seated for a server to take our order. Then another very long wait for the food. My husband actually got up and went to the bar to ask for a refill on his soda. The restaurant wasn’t even crowded so not sure what the deal was. We ate here twice and same result both times. Really ridiculous to see the automatic 20 % gratuity with service like that. Perhaps that’s the reason service was so poor. Won’t be going a third time that is for sure.
Poor quality food and drink. No atmosphere. Generally very disappointing. The sharing nachos to start were ok, but the food went downhill after that. We returned the children’s Mac n Cheese it was cheap and out of a can. The coke tasted like the mixer tap and pipes needed a good clean. Would not go back.
We made reservations for 7:45 on Sunday. When we got there they were closing.
Service was very slow and the restaurant was not busy at all. Not impressed. Wait staff not attentive.
Went on a Tuesday for the taco bar, it was ok but they kept running out of food so we kept having to waiting for them to refill things (beans, chicken, tortillas, etc.). Nothing extravagant just basic tacos and fixings.
Great little place for Family Dining. Casual, comfortable, good service and good food.
Server was very friendly and attentive. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but it took a long time for the omelets our table ordered to come out. We had already eaten from the buffet and were waiting for the omelets. When they finally came out they were hot, large and delicious.
Went for a brunch. Noted Traditional atmosphere with old golfers there having a good time.
Outside patio lovely & host nice, but food was slop & each main corse dish came out seriously 5 minutes apart!!! For 3 pastas & a sandwich! The last one to come was my 2 year olds spaghetti. I have actually never had that happen & we eat out ALL the time. It was weird. Then the food was less than ordinary, but we ate it as my children and I were hungry. I would only go there for a cocktail after golf in the future. Waitress was lovely too. Perhaps the kitchen set her up for failure.
Food was overcooked. Felt like it had just been reheated. We paid over $100 for a family of four. We only had a main course each and a few drinks. Worst meal we have had on our trip here from Ireland. Very disappointed.
I don't mind over-priced if it's worth it...but not the case. I went to Clubhouse for dinner and the ambiance was literally a zero--for starters, the lighting was equivalent to Walmart in brightness. I also had absolutely no view of the golf course that was mentioned in the restaurant description.
The sandwiches and burgers looked good, I had wings as an appetizer that were good. The blackened salmon salad was okay... but the service I received was poor. It was obvious that the server had way too many tables (maybe someone called in sick that night?). I was given the wrong item and it was never taken off the bill, I ended up paying for it just because it was too difficult to get a hold of the server to fix it.
I would recommend for lunch if you are there playing golf or staying at the hotel, but not worth the drive...especially for dinner.
My family & I have dined here several times for breakfast. It is consistently good. We had breakfast here this past Sunday. Great selection of food, everything was hot and fresh & for the price you cant beat it.
Awful awful breakfast buffet and highly overpriced. Sausage was over cooked eggs were watery, and options were minimal. Even at 9:30 it was sparse and picked over. For the high end resort I would have expected better food
Almost perfect! Hollandaise sauce was like water. Great service.
