Really nice food so fresh and really tasty!
The place is so clean and decorated beautifully.
When we asked if we could have our leftovers packed up to bring home the a male waiter didn’t look impressed at all and asked if I would do it myself which I was taken back by but another waiter quickly came over and took our dishes away and told the waiter to pack them up for us.
Thought this was a bit odd to be asked to do this . But apart from that really couldn’t fault it.
Food and service was excellent. Highly recommended
Fantastic food, well served by pleasant and attentive staff in beautiful surroundings. The only issue we had was the "background music" which was of the Rave Music type - just a meaningless beat - ok for a Rave party, but not for a restaurant, and it was far too loud - more like foreground music, making it difficult to make conversation. I'm very surprised that a much more relaxing type of music was not played in a restaurant of this calibre. But 10 out of 10 for the rest of the evening. Thank you.
Excellent food and service. Really enjoyed everything.
Amazing food, amazing service and beautiful restaurant!
From all the excellent reviews we were expecting a great night with awesome service. What a disappointment. It was New Year’s Eve so it was a buffet with DJ for a set £40 fee. Unfortunately the service was appalling and was apparent as soon as we arrived. They appeared to have the local delivery driver in his puffer jacket greeting guests. We had to chase someone for a drink as we were kept waiting in the seating area well after our reservation time. The waiting staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of guests and appeared to not be aware of how to communicate the buffet process to us. Drinks orders had to be chased up. We weren’t asked if everything was okay. Dirty plates were left on tables after eating so we ended up moving them ourselves to an empty table as did other guests as were fed up with waiting. The buffet food was lukewarm at best and unappetising. The waiting staff seemed to focus on cleaning tables after people had departed when there were no remaining new customers rather than focusing on their current guests. On paying the bill we weren’t even asked if everything was okay, usually the first question to guests. Highly disappointed and don’t imagine we’ll be returning
Absolutely stunning restaurant and great food but poor service so completely ruined the experience unfortunately. We visited on New Year’s Eve where food was a buffet style of 3 courses for just under £40 per person which included a glass of Prosecco. We were at the restaurant for 2 hours and were we not asked if we’d like a drink once. The communication from the staff was really poor. We were sat at our table for ages until we eventually managed to flag down a waitress to order some drinks and water for the table. Why had nobody come and asked us if we’d like a drink or some water? The drinks came but the water didn’t. We had our starters which were lovely and by now had finished our drinks. It took a while for someone to come and collect our empty plates and we then ordered more drinks and proceeded to go back to the buffet to get our main. When we came back we was eating our mains without a drink which just isn’t acceptable to me, it had been about 20 minutes since we ordered the drinks and the water for the table still hadn’t come. We had to chase the drinks 3 times and were told that they were busy which we could understand but it’s not as if the restaurant was taking food orders… it was a buffet so I was just really disappointed and we just wanted to go elsewhere - anywhere that we could get a drink without feeling like we were fighting for it! The drinks finally arrived as we were asking for the bill, so we would have had 1 drink in the space of an hour and a half and then the 2nd drink came in the last 30 minutes of us being there. Overall good food and a lovely place but not the service you should go out and pay for in my eyes.
average and over priced .
felt as though was led there under false pretencies .
buffet menu when arrived on new years eve when no where else would have any availabilty .
Really excellent experience for the Christmas Day special. This is a modern, pretty glamorous restaurant with good range of table sizes and types, easy to find and no access issues. Staff were all attentive, friendly and accommodating and didn’t rush us at any point. All of the food was great - full of flavour, not overly spiced, beautifully tender meat and really juicy prawns. Can’t fault the place at all and will absolutely be back in the future. A great out-of-town alternative to the places in Manchester - 100% recommended!
Amazing food and service, highly recommended!
I visited the restaurant with my friend, to try the restaurant for the first time since it had been changed over from Grand Holdi. I must say the food was excellent, the best Indian I have had in a long time, the service was spot on, and the place in side is spotlessly clean. We spoke to the manager Pan at the end, he was a lovely guy, very friendly. We will be back for sure!
I definitely highly recommend Club Rasio you will not be disappointed.
Thanks Colette & Nicola
lovely setting, great service & fabulous food. Five Stars all the way.
Great food with friendly staff and value for money
First time here and Lovely food and atmosphere…will definitely be back again!
Excellent service. The food was amazing. We will be back.
Amazing food, attentive without being overly on you. Highly recommend.
Could not handle the capacity. Long delays for food, much better management required on the booking process. 8pm seemingly not a good time to visit. Disappointing indeed.
Excellent food and service. Would definitely recommend, nice restaurant with nice atmosphere
Service from start to finish was great. Food was amazing. Freshly cooked and hot. Everything from drinks to food reasonably priced. Jason, who works front of house, was lovely and friendly and made sure everyone was looked after. Will definitely be returning.
For us this wasn't authentic Indian food. From the chutney tray to the main meal. Other than the mango chutney we couldn't eat the others as so salty and no idea what the dark pink shredded stuff was?. Wasn't usual onions?
Our curry was far to salty .
On a plus note the nan bread was lovely and the bottle of wine was very nice.
My husband asked what Brandy they had available. The waiter did not know so disappeared to find out. He informed him they had Courvoisier & Remy.
Large Remy ordered 👌
Bill arrived and we had been charged £27 for the large Brandy. Then told us it was Remy XO!! 😡
There was also a singer on . We couldn't hear one another speaking it was that loud. Great idea but didn't need to be so loud.
I'm sad Gran Holdi it's former owners have left there food and expertise was exceptional 👌. We won't be revisiting this restaurant and we are locals who had been frequent visitors of Grand Holdi 😔
Great food and atmosphere with a friendly serive
Michelin star food and exceptional ambience with great customer service. In particular Manish’s customer service was phenomenal!
Great food with friendly staff and value for money

Absolutely loved all of it from food to drinks to such excellent customer service . The only criticism would be poppadoms’s was soggy. We will definitely be back xxx
