   Fantastic experience - food and staff were exceptional. The pairings were perfect and with the corner table overlooking the grand canal, one could not ask for any better culinary experience. It is very expensive but the value is in the quality experience all the way around. Highly recommend to anyone searching for the very best and are willing to pay the premium to obtain it.

   Our dinner at Club del Doge was a highlight of our time in Venice. The outdoor setting along the Grand Canal is breathtaking, romantic and refined. The service and food were both outstanding. Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat disrupted by a nearby couple who were loudly drunk, intrusive, and eventually began discussing politics & their wealth in a way that made other guests visibly uncomfortable. It even caused some couples to leave early. While I understand the staff may have felt it wasn’t their place to intervene, it did impact the otherwise serene atmosphere. That said, this reflects more on the guests than the restaurant. We still highly recommend Club del Doge and would absolutely return for the beautiful setting, excellent food, and gracious service.

   Incredible experience from start to finish! The food was beautifully plated and delicious! The service was second to none, with a view to die for. We celebrated both my birthday and our anniversary and it was more than I could have hoped for - highly recommend!

   A must have Hero dinner while in Venice. The attention of all the wait staff to be applauded. The service was outstanding. Very pricey however a hero dinner deserves a hero’s wallet .

   Had a great experience from the moment we arrived. Very hospitable staff , treated us so nicely throughout the evening. Wife and I are both vegetarian and Sergio helped identify great options for us and also suggested we share some plates as their portions are generous. Marianna was amazing with our champagne and wine selections and was extremely sweet. Overall the restaurant left a great impression and wanting us to spend time at gritti palace and restaurant on our next trip to Venice. Food was great made with fresh ingredients and some locally sourced. Overall loved the romantic atmosphere and dinner.

   Un très bel établissement où les plats sont délicieux et le service impeccable. Le personnel est très professionnel et à l’écoute. Le service est suivi et expliqué. C’était parfait.

    A beautiful and extravagant palace setting, we sat where Hemmingway sat when he came to the restaurant. Staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful time.
