   We have been coming sense 2017.after the remodel. Dinner was exceptional. The grilled oysters perfect.. The bar area always fun Service top notch.

   I miss the old Club Car's elegance! This was our entre to the new format. Food was a mixed bag and service was fine, but unremarkable. Biggest issue was the bar area seeping over into the dining area and our table being crowded by loud drinkers. Prices were also no bargain, although we did find a good bottle of wine at a reasonable mark-up.

   2 of us had the duck. Although it had good flavor the skin was not crisp and it generally tasted like it was cooked a day or two prior. Bridget was our server and she was great. Eggplant appetizer was the hit of the evening. Pork Milanese was also good.

   The staff was very accommodating. I enjoyed my bourbon drink and my fiancé enjoyed the chicken dish. It takes you back to a crisp fall day. We will definitely be back soon.

   Drinks were excellent. Food was mediocre for one of us and good for the other. The exception were grilled oysters which were very excellent but overpriced. They would not allow us to order an appetizer without ordering mains. Who does that? This is an iconic Nantucket restaurant which seems to be living off its reputation.

    Service was bare bones. Food was good, no bread. We were at Straight Wharf the night before & the service was impeccable, so maybe I’m jaded.
