Club Arcada 1920s Speakeasy
Celebrating 2 birthdays! Music and food were great! A really cool ambiance for any person who wants to sit in the back or upfront! A great time!
This place is amazing!! We will be coming back!! I love the ambiance and the décor and the staff is so friendly, they took time out to show me around and took my picture in one of the rooms. Cant wait till my mom comes visit in August. I will be bringing her here!!
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great food and beverages. Excellent entertainment. This place has it all.
We love the ambiance of Club Arcada Speakeasy, and always have the best waitress (Kim) We have been to shows in the theater and have eaten upstairs in the speakeasy 5 or 6 times in the last year, and will be back soon.
Sinatra Sunday was outstanding. The food, the drinks, the ambiance and the music were all first rate. We will definitely be back again soon.
Perfect place for drinks and shows, but not so much for dinner. Food is very expensive for what you get. Very small portions.
Great Music and a Fun Place for a casual Night Out
Very cool place for a before the show dinner and drinks. It's the third floor of the Arcada theater and you take a private elevator to get up there. There's an extensive drink menu and a limited food menu, but the food is excellent. The charcuterie board with Italian meats and cheeses is perfect for a snack and the mini sandwich flight with pot roast, meatball and pulled pork is great. It's decorated in a 1920's motif and the staff wears period correct outfits. Great place right upstairs from the showroom.
It is a cute place, like I guess the roaring 20’s. Lots of old memorabilia. We went on a Thursday night before a show.
Small menu but food was excellent!
Good but limited menu in a beautiful restaurant.
My new favorite place, this speakeasy gem is well worth the drive! 😀😀😀😀😀
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Arcada Club! We shared a charcuterie board, a flatbread pizza, and the flight of sandwiches. We found each dish to be delightful. Between us we tried 6 of their signature cocktails. They were all delicious in their own way, some I would gladly order again and others were tasty, but just not my style. The entertainment was also fun. All in all, I am glad we went and we hope to go back! Oh, and prices seemed really decent considering that entertainment was included!
Menu way too limited. Items very pricey for what you get, although the food was good. Better to go to the Office 1/2 block down the street.
The atmosphere was great. Enjoyed the food and entertainment. All the staff was so polite and our server Jackson was very attentive.
My wife and I enjoyed a meal at Club Arcada 1920s Speakeasy before a concert downstairs. The ambiance was fantastic, having rooms based upon different themes. Seating was very comfortable. I loved the old Charlie Chaplin and other movies piped in. The staff was wonderful; we had a fabulous beautiful and friendly waitress who let me snap a photo of her in her flapper dress with my wife. The menu was a bit thin, but the food was good and affordable. The bar had a good selection. I would go again, and bring guests with me but probably not children. My wife and I greatly enjoyed our dining experience.
Great experience! The staff was amazing. Planning to stop in for a cocktail in the Fall and listen to great music!
Very fun date night! We went for dinner and a show (the magic cabaret show) and had a very fun time. The speakeasy is upstairs on the 3rd floor, and decked out beautifully. The food was really delicious and the drinks were strong! We will visit again!
First time patrons and it was fantastic! Went for Sunday Italian Feast and thoroughly enjoyed the Sinatra music and food. The ambiance and Speakeasy decor added to the festivity and promoted picture taking. Can’t wait to try the prime rib on Wednesday!
Club Arcada is my favorite place ! The food and drinks are great, service is great, music is great !. I'v been there 5 or 6 times and each time it gets better...
Overall very good dinner and loved the speakeasy and period ambiance!.... I guess the only thing I could suggest would be to offer a wider variety on your menu😁
Amazing decor, style and theme. Set in the historic Arcadia theater, there are many artifacts and fun little things to discover. The night we went had a free magic show that was awesome. I would love to see them do a little more with the food, it's pretty basic. We ordered the charcuterie, mini sandwiches and flatbread. the Charcuterie needs more significant cheeses and not just deli-style meats. The sandwiches are okay, but could use some innovative sauces, or other accoutrements. Drinks were innovative and historical. Overall, it's the experience that makes the night.
Overall very good experience. We will be visiting often
We came for Magic night and had a good time. The food was tasty and Ken Mate is always entertaining. The only thing that needs to be figured out is who is there to see the show ... and who is there to drink. There was a table or two that could not care less what was happening on stage and it made it difficult for us to enjoy the show. I could tell the performer was even struggling to get control of the room. I sure hope this works out as Magic is very popular these days and there's no where in the suburbs to see some quality entertainment on a regular basis.
The Speakeasy atmosphere is so fun. Great atmosphere and service. I highly recommend it.
Great space. Love the vibe. Ron O. really did it right.
It was very interesting having the bookshelf opened up to a beautiful restaurant on the other side. Ambience was great. So many nostalgic things to look out. Menu was small but perfect. Started with the tomato, basil, mozzarella salad in cute cups, then the baked salmon was done to perfection. Ended with Limencello dessert was perfect touch
My boyfriend and I went here for his birthday for the comedy show and it was very good id highly recommend it.
Great atmosphere and very fun early 20th century environment. While the food menu offers barely a handful of choices and the music volume is way too loud, I'm willing to recommend the venue for what is otherwise well worth the trip. And to concede that everywhere I like to go the music is way too loud. Lol. Great and comfortable environment. Early 20th century speakeasy is fun to look at and experience. The music is amazing, the drink menu is diverse and fun. The staff are quick and lively and the food very tasty. I will be coming back.
Very good live music. A fun atmosphere. Reasonable food prices. No cover. Free parking. Five out of five stars. I highly recommend this place. You can book small rooms (nook) if you had a small group
My husband and I were visiting from Omaha, Ne to attend a concert. We decided to have dinner before the show and we're so glad we did, the food was very good. We will be eating here every time we come to St.Charles.
Had a great meal with my wife. We also had a special sound testing by Dennis Quaid, he was preparing for a concert later that evening.
I’ll say that the atmosphere is pretty awesome. My bf and I got there early and we walked around saw all the different rooms and decorations. We sat down had our drinks. I had the flapper girl floozy. This was so good I could of had about 4 more. If you’d like sweet fruity drinks I recommend it. My bf got the thyme for whiskey. I’m not a huge fan of whiskey but he enjoyed it. He also got the bees knees. This one wasn’t bad it was just very lemony. The food was just ok. Nothing special like everyone made it out to be. I had the salmon. The vegetables kind of tasted like they were previously frozen. The salmon didn’t have much of a maple glaze to it. My bf had the sandwich flight. I felt like the meats were from the frozen food section it was not that good. We were there before the band began. We were seeing show in the theater so we couldn’t stay. There was a magician during dinner. He was so nice and did an excellent performance at our table. All in all we will be coming back just for performances and cocktails.
This is a great fun filled venue for great entertainment, food, drinks and the most awesome decor. Highly recommend it The music is always a wide variety of famous and some less famous performers but all worthwhile to appeal to everyone’s taste. So happy we found this cool spot!!!
They had a great Mother's Day Special with real authonic Italian food and Mom's ate free besides.
Another excellent time at Club Arcada. As always food was excellent and service was primo. Can’t go wrong with Ron’s Italian dinner. Can’t wait for next time we dine at The Club Arcada - highly recommended!
Food was excellent
We had a wonderful evening. Love to follow The Flat Cats!
Dined here several times before a show. Only suggestion is to put a pasta dish on the menu and another vegetarian option, love this place!!!!
Manhattan (Jim Beam) was $12.50 or $13.50 -a very pricey and watered down drink in comparison with T&T and V&T and custom blended blackberry brandy. Chicken Wings - 3 for $8.00 and one was very scrawny but tasty - not a good portion at all - most restaurants give you about 6. Loved the salmon and my husband loved the mini slider sandwiches. Our waiter , Jackson, was wonderful as a person and very attentive to our table from our arrival at 6pm to departure around 10:30pm . The Flat Cats were a fun group but seemed like dance floor too small/crowded.
