Everything was great, the staff , the cleanliness and the food! We love the flat breads . It’s fun that you need a “secret “ password to get in ! Lots to see once inside. Make a reservation and go , you’ll love it.
A nice night out for prime rib special, was a let down. The food was moderately warm, waitress was forgetful, ( she won't find a job as we approach major recession ) Drinks way over priced.
Sam the dance man ? was the act, and they were very good, as were the customers next to us who dressed in period clother + danced the night away.
Retro looking restaurant with excellent Sunday Dinner. A perfect location to go to
before the theater downstairs.
Dining before attending concert as we usually do As always, the food was excellent. However, for the first time in the many times we’ve dined at The Club, the level of service was disappointing
Our server seemed to be flustered as she waited on many tables. If not for another server, we would have missed start of show as our server dashed around from table to table without checking with us. Not sure if she was a new server or just overwhelmed by number of customers she had to serve. We were at table 44
Italian food was outstanding. Surroundings and decor also very good.
Fun atmosphere! Definitely would return.
Such a great place, especially before a show! Food was outstanding but its a limited menu that doesn't change often. With that being said the salmon, steak & slider flight were DELICIOUS! Definitely try some of the signature cocktails and if you love Burboun it's a no brainer with some 100+ spirits to choose from!!!
Everybody was friendly and welcoming. Service was great, food was great, atmosphere was amazing. I would recommend trying them out if you are in the area.
Brittany took care of my and my friends. Her personality and spunk made our time there amazing.
Our night at the Arcada Theater in general was fantastic. Went to the speak easy before seeing Howard Jones. The speak easy was absolutely fun and worthwhile going. The restaurant is speak easy themed in every way including the need for a password to get in, very fun!! The staff was fantastic great service and very friendly. The food was great but the menu was very limited. Not many options. We were sat at a tiny two person table off to the side, not horrible but we were literally in a corner and our view of the restaurant was limited. When we go back I would definitely ask for a different table. Overall we will definitely go again. It was a fun night at the Arcada!!
Riley our server was exceptional. Knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. She made great recommendations and was very accommodating to our group. The food was excellent, the ambiance was fun and inviting. I will go back again as will everyone in our group!
As always, The Club Arcada was a wonderful experience. The perfect place to dine before seeing another great Onesti Entertainment show
We’ve attended many dinners and shows and have recommended both to many friends
Great place to go prior to the show at the Arcada.
Drove from Indy to St Charles to enjoy the band, Psychedelic Blue, who performed for the first time as a band at your place Thu Mar 5. Nice variety of drink and food selections. Nice variety of seating options for the show. Cool venue overall!
Fun atmosphere! We enjoyed cocktails in the speakeasy lounge before dinner. Host gave us a short tour of the different themed rooms on the way to our table. Interesting memorabilia and lots to see. The salmon and Thursday night prime rib special were very good. Nice evening.
As always great place for a meal before a show. Good service, great food, go on a Thursday for prime rib, or a Sunday for Ron's Italian Feast.
Everything was great. While singer was great, volume was such that it was difficult to chat with our guests. Food was delish! Good value. Server Rylee was great, very hard working! We look forward to returning.
The venue is a great deal of fun. The service staff works really hard to make it a great experience. The entertainment, (the reason we tried the club), was excellent.
On the lesser side, the club needs to determine if they are a club or a private party venue. The night we were there, a large private birthday party was booked. They were incredibly loud and took over the evening. At some point it felt like we had paid to crash their event. The band changed from the classic Chicago Blues to a dance band. It was good, but not what we had come to see.
Additionally, as the evening progressed, the club ran out of glasses. In a rush to collect what glasses they could, water was spilled on a member of our party. Our second round came in plastic toss away cups, pretty expensive cocktails for plasticware. One member of our party was given a jar. (Not even a mason jar; perhaps previously a olive or cherry jar.)
In the end, we will try Club Arcada again. Hopefully, without the big private party, the issues will not be in play.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere! He decor and waitress' costumes were so fun. I will definitely be back.
Great food and service 👍
Overbooked brought in small tables crowded
Wonderful ambience , great food and music. Sound level on band could have come a couple of notches.
Great Prime Rib with amazing entertainment from the Ivy Ford Band.
The service was exceptional, from the hostess to the servers. And the music was outstanding-we will definitely come back!
This place is wonderful! It's very nicely done, the interior is full of eye candy, and the small bands they bring in are great. They had Ivy Ford, who is one of this generation's blues greats with her band. She plays with such joy and verve that the night flew by - I was glad I took vacation on Friday so I could stay for both sets.
The food is better. You used to have a carving station for prime rib, which would cut off enough for a small sandwich. Now you actually get a thin slice of prime rib, potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a good salad.
Dessert is also better - they have added a new chocolate cake which is incredible.
Originally we were lead to a high boy table. My wife does not like them, so they showed us to a couch with a small table in front of it. I don't know how they expected both of us to eat on this cocktail table, especially since we could only sit side by side. I had to ask, again, for a real table and chairs. After we were seated at a regular table, everything else was fine. It was Sinatra Sunday, so probably a very busy day for the waitstaff. Tony Ocean was a great entertainer and really added to the special ambiance of the club. Filet mignons were just right and very flavorful. In at 3:30pm, out by 4:45pm - plenty of time to get to our seats for the 5:00pm show in the Arcada theater below.
Club Arcada is one of our favorite venues for Ladies Night Out. We love the atmosphere and live music (Jimmy Nick & Don't Tell Mama) and always have a great time. The Club was packed but the staff handled it with outstanding service and great attitude. Whenever we take someone new with us, they are always excited to come back. Thank you for making Club Arcada not only an outstanding value and atmosphere but a safe place for a group of ladies to enjoy an evening out.
VERY LIMITED menu. Only two entrees to choose from. They were good. But would like to have had a broader choice.
Great atmosphere and a lot of fun! Service was good. Limited menu, we tried the Charcuterie and a flat bread which were fine. Cocktails were good. I'd go back for the music and atmosphere.
FANTASTIC!! LOVED BILLY & THE JETS!!
The food was exceptionally wonderful and the staff was great for such a large crowd they handled everything very well.
We had dinner at Club Arcada prior to the Eric Johnson concert in the Arcada Theater.
When we first arrived, we were greeted by a young man in a hat. His personality seemed contrived and inauthentic for his job. Overtly saccharine would be a good descriptor. The girl behind the desk was too intent on her computer screen and didn't even say hello when she looked at us. Very strange. I can only think that perhaps they were new and did not fully understand their job descriptions.
Once we were in, we enjoyed the ambience of the room. They did a decent job of trying to represent a Prohibition Era speakeasy.
The food was excellent as was our waitress. However, the waitstaff who delivered the food could not fulfill simple requests for an additional fork or more water. Service was very slow. This is not the fault of our waitress. Again, she was awesome.
The food took a long time to prepare and deliver. Steak and flatbread should not take 45 minutes to prepare and serve. Especially when the room is about 15% full at 6:15PM. It's as if the head chef arrived late or something. Several tables who had arrived and ordered at different times suddenly received all of their food at the same time.
Though the food was good and our waitress was excellent, we're going to take a pass and go to El Puente across the street the next time that we attend a concert at the Arcada Theater.
We stopped in for dinner before a show. It was very quiet, as it was early.
The atmosphere is lots of fun, and it’s good to see the history preserved.
The food menu is tasty even though quite limited, and the bar seems well stocked.
Prices were average and service was very good because the were only a few diners there at the time.
Great to have this option right at the Arcada!
Singers were great. The staff was attentive. Food was good. Great night with a wonderful woman. Couldn’t ask for more.
Glad you had a great time! See ya again soon! -Ron
Not very private for a date
Exceeded our expectations for Valentines treat. Food and entertainment were great. Ambience is wonderful and crowd was energetic and courteous. Food service was a little slow but then our waitress comped our food. I will recommend to family and friends.
Great entertainment value for Chicagoland area. A fun way to spend a night out
We love this place! The atmosphere is always amazing, the other diners/dancers are very friendly, and the staff is incredible. If you get Rylee or Cameron as your server, you are in luck. They will make you feel like family. The food is great, and their whiskey/bourbon menu is fantastic. Thank you guys for such a great Valentine’s day!
Great experience type date. Food was delicious and the 1920’s inspired cocktails are a must. Will definitely dine here again.
Food was excellent and the band was good. Our only complaints were that the cushions kept coming off the chairs and the band started late. We thought the band was supposed to start at 7:30 but ended up starting at 8:30.
