Food was excellent! At 7:40 I the evening we were one of three couples in the dining room which was very cool. Our female server was good, however, her use of the word “guys” was overdone. Leave the word out. Just say “ Hi and welcome! May I get you a beverage? Instead of “ Hi guys! Can I get you guys a drink? Also, where I was sitting there was a lovely view of a broom and dust pan leaning against the dining room wall.9

We had 2 reservations (due to table sizes- we had a party of 15 total). The Arcada reached out and consolidated ahead of time. Our waitress Britany was in contact with me via text to make sure that we everything was set ahead of time. For dinner, she was spot on with our drink and food orders and was so nice, despite our food allergies and large size group. It was an AMAZING night! Thank you so much, Brittany!!!

The singer, Ross F, that they had for the Sinatra Sunday Dinner Show was the best one I've ever seen perform! It was such a fun experience. Perfect volume of the music, delicious Italian feast, and fun atmosphere. Enjoyed watching people get up and dance!

lovely room, friendly servers. fast service on a show night. prices are high. shrimp salad needs to be twice as large for the same price and marinated or something. very blah and ridiculous price. the room is lovely

The atmosphere, quality of food and service is outstanding. If you’re going to a Arcada show or just want to eat in downtown St. Charles. I strongly suggest you check out Club Arcada Speakeasy. You’re going to love it.

Wonderful service!!! Spoke with Brittany on phone due to larger party, requiring wheelchair accessibility. Celebrating a birthday as well! She was polite, friendly, accommodating! She was excellence! The food delicious. Drinks were good. Entertainment was beautiful!!! Enjoyed every second. Only critique was a busy boy a bit unprofessional.

We had a reservation, but our table wasn’t clean. The hostess sat us at the table without acknowledging that it needed to be cleaned and set. It took 15 to 20 minutes before anyone came. When we finally got attention, they brought us water but my water glass was dirty. Our drinks didn’t arrive until after our meal had been served The waiter was nice enough, but it was very difficult to get his attention. The food was fine. It’s convenient when going to concerts. We love Ron but unfortunately it was an off night for us.

It was very nice. The price at the door said $10 for the show but then on our check we were charged $15 each for the show. Not a huge deal but with the price of food and drinks, it was an expensive night out. With just two food items and a couple of drinks and a dessert we were well over $200.

I have dinner often at the Speakeasy and never had a bad meal there. I love the atmosphere everyone is always happy and I love the nostalgic way it’s decorated it brings me back to when I was a child at my grandparents house . I would highly recommend this place. Gina

We had a wonderful server named Megan. She was awesome and we very much appreciated her service and kindness! The food was great, a bit pricey but hey it's that way everywhere, and we got our food a lot quicker than I would expect on a busy Saturday night. We enjoyed our experience and we shall be back soon!

. Ambiance is fun and upbeat. Wait staff very attentive costumes were great. Felt it was a little pricy for what we got. Cocktails were decent. Very limited menu options. Not sure if we would go back. It was convenient to already be at the venue for the concert, as we are at the Arcada at least once a month for shows. So that makes it even more disappointing If I were to rate it on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 6 overall.

I was there in the Speakeasy to see The Mix with friends. Was shocked at the $15 cover. I've seen The Mix many times and NEVER has there been a cover. In addition, drinks were very expensive.

The 1920's decor and ambiance was fascinating! We admired the beautiful chandeliers, exquisite china lamps, lovely paintings, old player pianos, private sitting rooms (a Charlie Chaplin film playing in one of them) and so much more. The Sinatra Fiesta dinner special was oustanding and a good value too! Fresh ricotta cheese ravioli was just like mom used to make! Great place to come after seeing Ron Hawkings' Tribute to Frank Sinatra in the theater downstairs. Great venue for any entertainment or special private event! -J.A.
