A 1920s-style Speakeasy & Restaurant --offering hand-crafted whiskey, gin, and bourbon cocktails, specialty beers, and wine...with salmon, steak, flatbreads, charcuterie boards, Italian favorites, all served by flapper girls and newsies! Located on the 3rd floor of the historic Arcada Theatre in downtown St. Charles!

Most evenings we feature live entertainment. If you should choose to stay for our entertainment, the fees will be collected at your table.

We had an excellent experience at the Speakeasy. Our server, Devon, was polite and attentive. Our meals were delicious and the atmosphere and entertainment was wonderful.

Our party of six came put to see entertainerTony Ocean. He was fabulous, our waiter Austin was also great. We loved the food and ambience.

Our server , Eric, was fabulous! One of the best I’ve ever had personality, attentiveness… he had it all! Great drinks, reasonably priced, tasty desserts! Topped off by Jimmy Nick and Don’t Tell Momma! Simply perfect… thank you.

We had a fantastic time! The food was wonderful and the entertainment was even better! Diva Montell is unbelievable and always puts on an incredible show - we'll be at the Arcada every time she's performing.

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I expected the restaurant to be a quite room. Instead, it was like a Blackhawk game, where you almost yell to be heard across the table,...and that was the good part. The waitress was new and lacked experience or confidence. Service was slow and not consistent. We ordered two glasses of wine, one Ice Tea, and one Vodka and tonic. The Ice Tea arrived first, and then, after a while, the two glasses of wine, and then finally the Vodka. I expect everything to arrive at once, but not here. The worst was the food order. Again, not rocket science. Two Cesar Salads with Chicken, One Charlie Chaplin Chicken dinner, and Gnocchi with Shrimp. The salads arrive with no Chicken, and the Gnocchi had no shrimp! The waitress disappeared before we noticed this. After about 20 minutes, the waitress came back to our table and asked us "Are you looking for your meat?" I am not making this up!! We had already finished off about half our salads when she brought out the chicken, which was now a side meal, along with the shrimp again as a side meal. The real tragedy here was this. My cousin and her husband drove up from Jefferson City Missouri and were staying overnight in St. Charles on their way to Wisconsin. I have been planning to visit your restaurant for years, and this seemed like a great idea for something different after a long drive Wrong I will not be going online with this review I will also never return to your restaurant or recommend it to my friends. You need to hire a manager who knows how to run a restaurant and train personal

Fun evening with friends. Enjoyed Tony Ocean but sound system was not functioning well. Couldn’t hear the vocals.
