We sat down at the bar, took about 30 minutes to even order our drinks once we ordered took another 20 to get them. After that it took the server 20 minutes after getting our appetizer that we didn’t have anything to drink. The server was giving other tables and the reception desk more time than us. We received the worst service ever as our server only went to our table 3 times and that was ridiculous. The tables around us were getting amazing customer service and I feel like we were invisible. Never in my life experienced that. If the server actually tried she would have gotten $100+ tip for our $100 meal!
Food was excellent service was slow due to being understaffed we were there on Monday the 17th at 10 AM at 13:30 AM they got a rush and only had two waiters on staff that that I’m aware of so coffee refill and water request were slow in coming not the waitresses fault just understaffed
The service wasn’t great. The manager ended up having to take care of my party. The food wasn’t very good. I ordered the sirloin and it was incredibly tough. I couldn’t eat it. The manager was empathetic which made it slightly better. I’d try again, it could have been an off night. The restaurant itself had a super cool vibe.
Very cool and unique place… reservations even for drinks a must
We were there on a Monday and I ordered the vegetable bisque. which I had ordered earlier in the Fall. It seemed like it had definitely been held over as did the toppings. The rolls which had previously been sublime like freshly baked were stale and hard.
We had the salmon and streak and it was amazing. The service was impeccable. And the ambiance so cool and fun. I would highly recommend.
The New Year’s Eve experience was an expensive let down. The menu had only 1 choice for app and dessert - both of which were not widely appealing choice. For the entree it was a choice of lamb or swordfish. The swordfish was delicious and the best part of the meal. I did not eat more than a bit of the dessert - vanilla ice cream with a frozen chocolate shell. It was like something I would purchase from the grocery store. There were ZERO decorations, nothing special for NYE. It was not at all an “experience.” The venue is fun, just go for a drink and skip the overpriced meal.
Very understaffed. Did not get much service at all. One waitress throughout the whole bar and lounge area but not the best experience. She did her best.
Always a lovely time
Waited 40 minutes for our server to greet us and that’s after I went up to someone asking if someone was going to approach us. Server never apologized or took a moment to get to know us. While they didn’t charge us for our appetizer or drink, we never got to dinner we were so disgusted.

The building it is in is gorgeous. Go early & enjoy a drink at the bar in their magnificent lobby. Dinner was delicious (especially the lamb). Friendly service. This was also Christmas night in the height of Omicron. You would never have known. Great job.

Brunch at hotel. Very unique ambiance in former prison. Eggs Benedict and crispy potatoes were great.
The service was horrible. Our waiter always forgot about us. Also the food is overpriced and the restaurant was very very loud. Not going to be going back to soon.

We spent our Wedding night there & return every year for our Anniversary. It's now our 7th. We always sit at the same table with our favorite server Erika, she always makes our night special ❤
We were seated in the far back of the inside portion of the restaurant. The food and ambiance and service were great but it was on the more expensive side of the mark.

Expected much more based on the photos and location but the food was disappointing. The first “dirty” martini was watered down, we ordered another after mentioning to our waiter and the second $22 martini was watered down again (they charged us for both). Started with a smoked salmon naan, the bread was tough and difficult to cut (server should have brought out a sharp knife or chef cut in kitchen). Bolognese had very little flavor, nothing authentic about the dish. Swordfish overcooked and dry. For a $200 meal we left feeling very dissatisfied.
Nice space in the lobby, outstanding service, not too noisy and felt safe with masked servers and cavernous ceiling. Nice wine, good app. Pricey but atmosphere feels special.
Great breakfast choice. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to families with children, and the food was excellent. Remember, it is hotel prices so a little on the pricey side, but excellent. My kids did not leave much behind and that says a lot.
Brunch was very good if not extraordinary but the service was impeccable. The atmosphere is fun since the restaurant is located in The Liberty Hotel which once housed the old Suffolk County Jail. Elements of the building’s past life abound and the soaring atrium is impressive.

We didn’t care too much for appetizers; I had salad which was very basic and bisque was just ok (wish they added more effort to both). Entrees were amazing, juicy, and tasted like home made.
Our favorite was Marko! Someone give this waiter promotion! Attentive, professional and wonderful human being.
