Expected much more based on the photos and location but the food was disappointing. The first “dirty” martini was watered down, we ordered another after mentioning to our waiter and the second $22 martini was watered down again (they charged us for both). Started with a smoked salmon naan, the bread was tough and difficult to cut (server should have brought out a sharp knife or chef cut in kitchen). Bolognese had very little flavor, nothing authentic about the dish. Swordfish overcooked and dry. For a $200 meal we left feeling very dissatisfied.
Nice space in the lobby, outstanding service, not too noisy and felt safe with masked servers and cavernous ceiling. Nice wine, good app. Pricey but atmosphere feels special.
Great breakfast choice. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to families with children, and the food was excellent. Remember, it is hotel prices so a little on the pricey side, but excellent. My kids did not leave much behind and that says a lot.
Brunch was very good if not extraordinary but the service was impeccable. The atmosphere is fun since the restaurant is located in The Liberty Hotel which once housed the old Suffolk County Jail. Elements of the building’s past life abound and the soaring atrium is impressive.
What a great Thanksgiving meal we had here! Everything was wonderful.
We had Thanksgiving lunch at Clink and It was a hit!
We didn’t care too much for appetizers; I had salad which was very basic and bisque was just ok (wish they added more effort to both). Entrees were amazing, juicy, and tasted like home made.
Our favorite was Marko! Someone give this waiter promotion! Attentive, professional and wonderful human being.
Everything was excellent
Had 1230 reservations expecting g lunch but brunch (all breakfast) served until 2 pm
My fault for not doing diligence but really wanted a burger not eggs at 1230
We had a delicious burger. The waiter was pleasant and helpful. My mistake that we thought we were going to lunch, not brunch.
Breakfast was quick and delicious! We have never had a bad meal.
Service was great, however food wasn’t that great for the amount you pay.
Not a great wine list, food was good. Interesting cocktail list too bad the "clink" theme is not as present as before
Our server Faith was great
Great food and service. Love the ambience of the restaurant.
Excellent service - start to finish everyone was wonderful
Very nice place in a very cool hotel lobby. All the food was excellent, perhaps the best wings I’ve had anywhere.
It’s expensive, like really expensive. It if you’re staying in the hotel, what the heck.
Overpriced and mediocre
The waiter dropped a fork on me with food on it.
Unique atmosphere to eat. Service was almost too quick for our date night out. We were done drinks, appetizers, dinner, and dessert w/in one hour. We wanted to relax with a post dinner cocktail out in the lobby but realized that all of those chairs were reserved. Overall the food was good, but not sure if my salad was worth $19 and my vegetarian meal was worth $30. Bottle of wine was definitely not a $64 bottle.
Good cocktails. Food was overpriced and average
Monk fish... they nailed it. This is a next to impossible feat.
Great food and atmosphere! Friendly wait staff with a good wine list.
Atmosphere sunny , clean fun
Staff attentive and professional
Romantic, chef prepared a wonderful dinner full of flavor and variety.
The food was amazing. We got the mussels to start with, and I had the Bolognese as my main course.
Our waiter gave perhaps the best service I have ever had at a restaurant.
Great ambience, delicious food, and excellent service. We walked away happy.
Food was excellent. Flavorful. Service was excellent. The historical background of the space was a value-add. We will eat there again.
Great place for drinks and dinner. Attentive staff
My wife and I had a special Halloween evening planned with a dinner at CLINK. I had dropped off a surprise cake earlier in the day with instructions on when it needed to be taken out of the fridge prior to serving. They did exactly what I asked and even cut the cake for us and made it look great for serving. Our waiter and all the other staff where absolutely great, kind and attentive. We loved our meal and everything was perfect. They even surprised up with some complimentary champagne which was a nice touch as well.
Enjoyed the live music, could have a conversation and still enjoy it
The customer service was good, very attentive, however the food and drink were so bad that I would not recommend to a friend or go back there again myself. Very disappointed on the food for the price we paid. The appetizer salmon has nothing but way too salty, dumplings was okay, the steak was dry and tasteless, and the monkfish was plain and tasted too fishy. Overall, it was not a good experience. Unlisted it.
Food was excellent. Server was friendly and welcoming, made our anniversary special! Highly recommend.
Those drinks were strrrrrrrong !! Real good. If you like Gin get the High tea. Cool building
We had reservations and were seated at the appropriate time.
The menu was great, the food was great. One of our party said the Eggs Benedict was the best she had ever had.
My only nit picking criticism is that I think the coffee cups should be bigger! If that can't happen, then perhaps a pot left on the table would be better. But, as I said, that is minor. It is clear that Clink cares about their food and their guests, and it shows in their efforts.
Food was good but kitchen was not staffed to handle breakfast. Took almost 2 hrs to get our food
Great yogurt parfait. Great service!
Certainly pricey but very nice atmosphere and great food.
It was a very special occasion and the wait staff made it very enjoyable. The food was great. The history makes it all the more interesting. Would recommend.
I’m a regular at Clink. The Liberty and Clink staff are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent!
Great restaurant. Fantastic food and service.
