Really cool bar/restaurant where you can enjoy the design (and history) of the hotel. We stayed a while, and club music started playing in the lobby - we thought it was fun. But not the place to go for a quiet meal if you’re eating on the later side.

Awful drinks and food. Server was inattentive. I saw him chatting with other staff while we waited and waited to place our order. I had a o ask another staff to get him so we could place our order. After taking our order, he asked about taking the menus. I told him I wanted to keep the wine list to order a wine with my entrée. He never returned to take my wine order.

Clink has great food in a unique and historic atmosphere. I went for an early dinner on a Saturday, and it was not too busy. Waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and the building.

We had a lovely evening! Our server, Marco, was delightful and knowledgeable about the food and beverages, and accurately steered us to the cheese & charcuterie combo board to start, and a bottle of wine that worked for our trio. The space was fascinating, viewing the chefs on the open kitchen through the bars. We’d happily dine here again.

The restaurant was very unique with a jailhouse feel. The staff were very responsive and professional. The food was excellent! The dessert the Lemon tart was delicious! My only issue was the noise, but I guess that is expected on a Friday night. Would highly recommend this dining facility!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Clink. I have wanted to go there since it opened and finally made a reservation and we went. I was certainly not disappointed. Entry into the lobby and up the escalator was spectacular. The bar area was alive, abuzz and exciting., We ate in the dining area inside and although it was quieter it was just as alive. The hostess was so nice, she checked on us several times during our dining experience within being intrusive. When we mentioned my husband’s birthday she made sure it was special. Every employee we had the pleasure of meeting seemed dedicated to making our experience the best it could possibly be. So, I had the chicken and my husband had bolognese we were both completely taken with the presentation. We were delighted with our choices absolutely delicious. And, the desert was out of this world. All and all we are planning to return. Don’t be out off by the $40.or valet fee, even the valets were a pleasure to deal with.

Overall an underwhelming experience: The drinks took over 45min to arrive after we ordered them, the restaurant was obviously understaffed in terms of waiting staff as only one person was taking orders throughout the whole restaurant. The person serving us was a little forgetful and heavy handed, some food and drink were spilt / splashed upon serving. We went for Dine out Boston 2022, the set dinner menu was $46 dollars but main dishes range from around $35-47 normally, the mains were definitely not worth either of those prices and we only got one option of mains as the salmon had run out by the time we were able to order. On a positive note, I mentioned a food intolerance with regards to the one dessert option offered on the set menu and they were able to accommodate that. Overall I think the restaurant is extremely overpriced for the quality of the dishes and with $20 cocktails I would have expected more of a five star evening.

Service was friendly and fast..food pretty good if predictable,,,,ambience terrible, while the physical appointments fine the pounding high-energy percussion heavy music made it almost impossible to converse or relax-this same music dominated the central lobby. This is not a matter of my musical taste; it rendered relaxed conversation impossible-far from sophisitcated or elegant despite their marketing.
